If l had to say one thing, it would be the outside of the beautiful house could do with a fresh lick of paint .

Lovely room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Fantastic, plentiful home cooked breakfast . Welcoming hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect 🥰 would definitely return .

The bed mattress needs to be replaced as it was caving in the middle good for a single person but not a couple. This was my only negative.

Breakfast at 9am and checkout at 11am is a little too early, in my opinion. Also, hearing them in the kitchen at 8 am, but I'm a light sleeper, my partner slept right through it. 🤷‍♀️

We missed breakfast, but when we checked out, they still gave my partner and I coffee, water bottles to go, muffins, and bananas for the road.

The stairs to the second floor may make it difficult for elderly travelers, though rooms were also available on the first floor.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was within walking distance off all major attractions, yet in a quiet neighborhood.Free bikes were made available and tips were given on nearby activities and destinations.

Our first night followed a 90 F day, so the mini split A/C in our room struggled a bit to keep it as cool as we like (70 F). However, the next day the temps dropped into the 80's F and we were fine.

Located in a quiet. relaxing neighbood, Blue Gables is just 2 blocks from a bus stop & still within reasonable walking distance of the Falls. Mrs. Lee is very polite, attends to details, & serves a tasty full breakfast every morning. Our room was spacious & had a private bathroom w/large shower that always had hot water. WiFi is just for owners & their guests, so it's much faster & more reliable than crowded hotels, restaurants, etc. The price was reasonable for a peak season weekend.

I truly enjoyed my short stay at Blue Gables, Mrs. Lee's hospitality makes you feel right at home. Located at a short walking distance from all the attractions Niagara Falls has to offer. The breakfast you'll be served is a real delight every morning as well :).

I don't know that anything could have been any better.

The food was great. The host and hostess were very accommendating. Wish it would have been a little closer to the falls, but with the WeGo pass it was fine. We would definately go back and would recommend this B&B to anyone interested in staying at Niagara Falls

Having to leave.

Mrs Lee is a very sweet, respectful lady. She showed the room upon arrival, which was well-equipped with many amenities, and she was there to offer any help we required, which was none. On the second floor was a common area that offered fresh spring water, coffee, tee, a microwave, toaster and a communal frig with a small freezer which was very much appreciated. We were fortunate to have access to a small porch area with chairs, that was shaded in the afternoon and perfect for a pre-dinner drink. The breakfasts were served between 9:00 - 1000am, in a very cozy and intimate sunroom overlooking the street and gardens. The food was delicious and presented very well! It was hard for us to finish eating everything that was offered, coffee, decaf, tea, orange juice, a sweet cake or tart, fruit and yoghurt, the hot entree or our favourite, the fresh sweet Mango smoothie. Both Mr and Mrs Lee are very gracious and work very hard maintaining the property, the gardens and serving a delicious hot breakfast. The location is 150 meters from River Road which gives quick and easy access to Niagara Falls and it's attractions, and a short 20 minute drive to Niagara on the Lake. The WEGO bus has stops on River Road.

This place is 22 mins walk from niagra falls, this is the only drawback , other than this if u have car then its great location.

Their staff was friendly . Gave us a warm welcome and met all our expectations. Place was very clean ambience was amazing , breakfast was according to my dietary restrictions too. Breakfast was delicious.

Very nice room, comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast very copious with cooked food, yoghurt, and loved that there was plenty of fresh fruit. Access to a 24h coffee/tea/water area. Free parking very convenient. 20min walk to the falls area. Easy check in process even when arriving late.

Everything was perfect

cozy and clean, breakfast was generous. The owners are incredibly friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. There was a common area with a designated space to make coffee or heat up food in a microwave. This place definitely had more than I expected. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, with the bus station a few steps away and Niagara Falls a 20-minute walk away. I stayed for three nights, and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. It was the perfect amount of time to relax and explore the area. I would definitely go back. love the place

Lois and Bill were wonderful hosts. They really try to make you feel comfortable. Lois baked everyday day and made her own recepies for breakfast. All was delicious We even got a little cook book as a souvenir. The hosts love what they do. We would really recommend staying there.
