The hot tub was very small and inconveniently located.

Loved the full kitchen amenities. I don’t recall reading that there was a keurig prior to arrival and would have brought pods but this is minor. Very clean with clear and punctual instructions from owners prior to arrival.

This is a value for money. Closer to Bluemountain village. Just 5 mins drive. Also closer to northwinds beach. Beautiful location.

The bathroom needs a face lift but overall great living space. not happy that the damage deposits takes 7-10 business to be lifted off my card.

It was really nice, it seems the pool was under construction but overall great time.

Netflix wasn't really loading, some cutlery were still dirty upon arrival so rewashed the items prior to usage.

The location was super convenient, everything was within travelling distance and was not far away. Everyone was respectful with noise and parking as well the unit was exactly as portrayed in photos, no surprises! Just make sure to read through the intro emails as it entails what they will provide and what you are to bring for yourself, again no surprises. Items in the kitchen were cleaned nicely, no stained glasses or plates.

great location, the property was clean and looked exactly as pictured. Enjoyed the pool and tennis courts, and it was about a 3min drive to Blue Mountain Village. Hosts were responsive and helpful with the questions I had. A very good option for those who want to be close to the village without all the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend.

I found the bed soft but I love a very firm mattress.

we did not eat at the condo but it was ready and fully stocked with cookware and dishes etc. we went out to dinner in orangeville on the way up to collingwood. We watched tv and relaxed after a walk. it rained at night and the next morning. well maintained for a older condo. I love the theme throughout the condo and the double sinks in the bathroom.

Floors on the upstairs units were super thin. We could hear every step made on the upstairs unit.

Location was great, it was about a two minute drive to the main blue mountain village. The suite was very clean and exactly what we were hoping for.

a few suggestions: when preheating the oven, it set off the smoke alarm. The oven needs cleaning. kitchen also needs oven mitts, and trivets to place hot dishes on the counter. Black out curtains in the bedroom would be useful to block out the lights from the parking area. The living area should have another lamp.

the noise from above unit is very disturbing. people walk around and drop things very often even in the middle of the night and that doesn’t help for our sleep. the heater/ conditioner is constantly on and off, especially the one in the bedroom, and every time it is on, very noisy. the ventilation in the kitchen is only for decoration, as it sucks the air and blow right to our face while we were cooking. but it doesn’t effect our trip much as we mostly eat out, and used the stove only once for breakfast.

the location is not in the Village but it’s okay. walking distance to North Lift and we can continue ski down to the village and to the South side which is not too bad. just we have to be back (by the same way) before 4pm as North lift close and doesn’t operate in the night. the food from Thai restaurant is very yummy and we ordered take out, so pretty convenient. the creek and water flow around is very nice, it creates very nice sound. parking is convenient too to unload and load stuffs. trash bin is also nearby.

Pull out couch is a joke. Bed is rock hard. Bit expensive for a one bedroom for 2 nights.

Comfy and close, clean. Very modern. Responsive hosts.

Just maybe take it easy on the bleach cleaner. Had to open the window to air it out for the whole day. …too strong and not good for breathing. Otherwise excellent place to stay.
