Layout, location, cleanliness, good towels (just bring your own for the hot tub (which clises at 9) decor, dishes, overall value. It was a good stay.

The property Was super cute. Had everything we needed and so cozy. It was a little home away from home just what we needed.

The place is nice and comfy but the bed isn't as comfortable as you'd think. It wasn't bad, but it was a bit hard. Not sure it's a true mattress and it moves a bit when you sit down. We slept well though, and it's not a deal breaker. I prefer cotton sheets for comfort, sheets were polyester - that works well in the winter though. Overall I'd stay again. The place is beautiful.

The location is excellent and was very quiet. The room is exactly as pictured and is very clean and well decorated. the bathroom is really nice and functional. The porch is an added bonus. Super cute place and nice owners who respond quickly. Would book again.

The bedsheets had a stain which made is a little uncomfortable, fortunately they did have space bedding in the room so we ended having to change our own bedding... Went to enjoy the hot tub before our 3 hour drive home, got let in, got in the hot tub and then were told us and everyone else enjoying the outdoors had to leave as hey had scheduled maintenance that none of he staff were aware of. A bit disappointing that we went offered any compensation for that part as the pool akd hot tub were included in the price. The one thing that bothered me was that if you have any issues at all you are expected to email thr owner who is not on site and told not to go to the staff as "they can't help you" it's literally written in the book they leave for you. Luckily for us the young lady at the front was very pleasant.

Absolutely loved the layout of the room. It was gorgeous and very spacious. Full kitchen made things even easier for us. Close to all amenities.

The throw cover on the sofa was causing us a bit of an itch and I would advise all linens and quilts to be aired after each customer leaves.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive! The amenities were fantastic, literally had everything, towels, toiletries, kitchen well stocked, bathroom very clean and lots of storage space. Electric fireplace was pretty to watch and kept the place cozy and comfortable. Deck area was private and comfortable with Muskoka chairs. Close to all shopping, entertainment and very quiet area just to relax and unwind. Perfect space for a couple’s getaway. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

This place was wonferful! Kitchen equipped with pretty much everything. Instructions for check in etc were easy to follow. Bed nice and large. Bathroom and shower were lovely. Perfect size for a couple!

The bed seemed to have plastic under the sheets which meant that everytime I or my husband moved throughout the night, there was a loud noice. This definitely needs to be sorted as it impacted our quality of sleep.

this property does not disappoint. it’s always clean, comfortable and convenient for visits to Collingwood or west of the Blue mountains. Also, there’s a wonderful Thai restaurant footsteps away.

In unit 507, the fireplace needs to be repaired. The fan makes noise and is pretty loud. So water droplets don’t accumulate on the ceiling, make a sign to tell the visitors to turn on the bathroom ceiling fan while taking a shower. The unit also needs a few more pots and pans.
