Unfortunately, we had planned on cooking our breakfast in the morning (brought eggs and bacon and French toast) but we showed up to a note on the oven saying that the whole appliance was out of order. We were not made aware of this ahead of time so that was a disappointing inconvenience as we had to change our plans after spending money already.

Large, beautiful suite with plenty of space for us to spread out and set up for our celebration. Comfortable beds and very clean, well-kept barhrooms. Loved the washer/dryer in suite as we had wet bathing suits from the spa we were able to deal with, and the girls loved using the fireplace during our cozy night in. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Recommendation Provide a spare blanket and add a frying pan to the pots set In 184 Snowbridge, unit 109 - bathtub was a bit slippery. Would recommend a bath mat

The room was reasonably clean but I noticed dust that was caked onto the clock radio and lamp in the bedroom as well as the bathtub did not appear to be cleared very well. There was black in the grout and jets. I also noticed scale spots. It was a nice stay and beautiful room but I would not have had a bath in fear that the black was mold. The rest of the room was spotless!

The room was beautiful and the environment was nice and quiet. It really lent itself to a relaxing environment.

The condos are not provided with the same amenities as the other types of rooms (no pool time allowed for those in condo). Had to pay to go to Acqua centre if you wanted a pool....also had to pay to go to private beach even if you're a guest. My biggest issue was that there were not enough play all day passes for those staying at the resort (even when I tried to book 2 weeks in advance). You are forced to spend a lot of money for play as you go to keep the kids busy even for a short while. Also Wi-Fi was not complimentary, felt like everything was Cash grab.

Overall good experience but we needed to use the sofa bed to accommodate our group but there were quite a bit of crums underneath the cushions. So one of us just ended up sleeping on the couch without pulling out the bed. Also only 1 parking space available, others needed to park a 10-15 min walk away.

Very convenient location and good value for the money for a larger group.

Appliances and building was a bit old, only one car per unit was allowed by unit in the closest parking, few lights were not working

Day passes way too expensive. Play as you go also too expensive for one activity. Virtual lineups too are inconvenient. Impossible to reserve a time slot for the aquatic plunge pool. Private beach wasn"t free either. Gondola is no longer included in play as you go. Too costly for such few rides. Lower the prices.

The downside is we’re unable to try the outdoor pool because the available times were already full until the next day. Reservation is needed because there’s a capacity due to COVID-19. So I suggest, you book a reservation right away when you got check-in.

The place is clean and staffs were nice. Highly recommended to family and friends. Everything you need is on the property. And its a walking distance to the village. We had a wonderful stay.

A few small amenities were missing, but nothing that bothered us too much. When we did call for assistance, the response was immediate, next time will know to just call right away.

Great location, comfortable, private, spacious. Unfortunately due to Covid there were restrictions but that is no reflection on the property. We really enjoyed it. We have always stayed at the Westin in previous visits, this was the first try with a condo. We did need assistance a couple of times, but the central call number was really good, immediate response, friendly knowledgable staff, and issues were resolved promptly. We will rent this type of property again the future.

Bruce on check in very kindly upgraded us as the resort was quiet, and we then had a room very close to the centre which was just perfect. We really appreciated the upgrade and would like to put Bruce forward for any kind of staff award if there is such a thin
