How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The heating and cooling system was odd. There was no thermostat to just set a temperature

I expected the room to be cleaner, but staff were friendly and when I told them about the issue with bathroom they came and fixed it.

Room is old but well equipped. The pool out bad was very worn down and not comfortable.

The blankets smelled terrible like bad body odour. Our dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived . The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. We had to call and have blankets , robes , and pillows brought up. Housekeeping, didn’t do they’re part on this room . It was not clean
Loved how close it was to the village, restaurants and shops . The pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was cramped, the furniture is dated and needs maintenance you are better off using your phone data than the free wi-fi zero sound proofing, can hear people in other rooms / hallways

Bed was uncomfortable, hotel was very loud- could hear people walking around above us and easily make out conversations being had in the hallway.
Location was fantastic. Hot tub and outdoor pool were nice.

We liked the room, resort and facilities. The one disappointing thing was the view, we were on the ground floor, view to the pool, which is okay if you travel with small kids. We prefer the mountain view though.

Have stayed here several times. Rooms are beautiful and clean. The all year pool is a real treat. All the advantages of the village but with a little privacy.

There was a butterscotch scent in our room that was very noticeable and not at all pleasant. We thought it was maybe an air freshener but we looked and couldn’t find it.

The hotel is well maintained buy feels that it could use some renovation touch-ups. The ski Equipment the stored in the luggage room that needs to be opened by the front desk staff who sometimes have a long queue of people checking in, so the wait to get your equipment can be frustrating. Additionally, the hotel is in the village and very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants but being at the end of the village is short walk from the lift.
We stayed at the "presidential suite" for three days. The suit is very spacious and very comfortable with great view and full kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room and master bedroom (unfortunately that one didn't work). The master bedroom has a large king size be who was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a long day of skiing.

The price of skiiimg/lift tickets. Also the play pass, having to be bundled should be an option. Not the only way to go tubing or rollercoaster et . You should also be able to purchase for an afternoon vs only full day

Hot tub was over packed on weekends Room we stayed in didn’t have much of a view or a balcony as shown in picture Were given a accessible room (unneeded) that came with no bathtub and had to switch rooms after checking in
Blue mountain is the favourite spot forsure. Lots of night life and thing to do, mosaic is in the perfect spot in the village just steps away from all the restaurants/ bars and clubs but still have the peace and quite unlike other hotels in overtop of establishments that have people coming and going all day and night. The pool and hot tub are definitely the spot to be in the cold months! Rented a 3 bedroom house in the village the year before this and would way rather stay at the mosaic with the heated pool, sauna, hot tub and being about to go for a drink or a quick walk through the village was worth the loss in space

Mirrors in room weren't clean. Walls, base boards a little banged up from wear and tear in room and common areas. Garbage and ice removal started very early in the morning. It was still dark.
Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Located in the heart of the village.

Very narrow and short entrance to the underground garage; could not enter with my SUV and Thule on top.
Enjoyed our 2-bedroom Suite which had a great layout, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, kitchen was really well stocked with dishes, pots & pans & utensils and of course the fireplace on the cold, snowy evenings.
