The fact that they close the front desk after 11:00pm . I had lost my room key and I had to find a phone to call the number that was taped to the door, and wait 10-15 minutes for someone to get to the hotel to get me A room key

The breakfast consisted of muffins and fruit really not filling especially for it being a hotel that caters to rig workers .

The animal charge was a little excessive. 52 dollars for 2 dogs. Understand the circumstances, but that cost over half the price of the actual room it's self. Wasn't very impressed with that.

Parking is atrocious unless parked near the front. Wifi doesn’t even work for sending simple emails. Had to turn wifi off and hotspot off my phone to do any computer work

Location was great. I had to be changed to another room due to a rotting hole in the floor. There was no spot for my suitcase to sit. I had to purchase a table for my room.

Well i tried to take a bath and the shower wouldn’t turn off,there was water going everywhere ,it was the worst ever and there wasn’t any facecloths.The TV was so small.The only thing i liked was the bed,it was very comfy.

There was no sign indicating name the advertised name of the hotel. Also no bath only shower.The parking lot had large potholes which maybe a problem for low cars.

The floors felt slippery so I wore my slippers a lot and some hair in the bathroom that wasn’t mine. Kind of a funny smell to the place too. But overall was pretty decent. Also the staff were really great!

It’s so dirty. The floor smells of feet. Someone knocked on the door early am waking me up. The bed had zero support both our backs hurt. My face broke out in a rash on one side from. The linens.

What I don’t like about this motel is we didn’t get our deposit back only thing used was the bed. Now what’s the reason and what’s the issue!??? Where is the desposit! We only stayed 2 hrs and I’m not willing to lose all that money..

The people in the room next to us had a big dog that was not on a leash. When we spoke to the attendant about it, she said,"Oh, that dog is kind and roams around at nights, so doesn't need a leash. That made us feel really uncomfortable.as our dog is small. All big dogs are nice until . . . So we asked if we could cancel our second night, and they understood and we did.

We had stayed before and were happy with it. We had a little dog so asked for a pet room. They were accommodating. Beds were very comfortable . Lots of hot water.

The bed was old and sagged in the middle. The floor was not level, the Toilet not secured to the floor. It seems as if the floor is close to caving in. The Wifi /TV worked sporadically

Place was not very clean. I had stayed in this room before this and they held it for me and it was bad then. My feet where filthy from walking around in the unit both times. I thought let's give it another try maybe they would clean it. Not everything goes as planned but no such luck the floors were still filthy and I had to wash them myself. The previous stay in that room I had to wash the dishes. This time it also wasn't stocked properly. If you have children you do not want to stay there. I won't be staying there again. If you can get a room for 60 something a night and you do not mind cleaning it would be ok.

I usually have my room clean a few times during my stay I do not need someone in there everyday. They were to have cleaned it in the day when I was at work. When I got back from work and walked around the room for an hour or so this is how dirty my feet got. I do not wear my shoes in the suit so I do not get the floors very dirty. Looking at the pic I wonder how long it had been since the floors where washed last? Unacceptable.

The guy at the counter on nights was very nice and helpful
