It would have been nicer if there was a fan in the washroom but at least there was a window opening to the outside, in place of it. I would have also liked it if there was a Kleenex box in the room.

Great location. Got to go to Cavendish Beach, Avonlea Village, and Green Gables Heritage Place all within 5 minute's drive, plus also just stepped over to Adventure Zone in the evening as it was right across the street. Great that they also gave us plenty of cups to use and lent us a wine opener.

The room was the cleanest room I’ve been in in years. There wasn’t a spot anywhere. The linens were clean bright white, with no stains. The beds didn’t even have a crease. There was a little coffee bar, microwave and fridge.

Location was perfect! Owner Cameron had a wonderful binder that gave us ideas of places to see or eat. Room was so clean, and bed were comfortable! We loved how central it was to everything. We definitely will book here again!

The coming of Hurricane Lee caused us to cut our stay on PEI short by a couple of days. But, that is no one’s fault.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do. We were there in September so many shops and restaurants were closed, but the smaller crowds at Green Gables made up for that. The scenery was absolutely beautiful.

The room was well equipped and very clean-everything was high quality. Owner had prepared a binder of highlights of the area including restaurants. Loved the front porch to sit and watch the world go by. Would definitely return if in the area.

Really nothing for the money. No complaints.

Had air conditioning good size fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine. 2 queen size beds and couch as well as barbecue outside. Only $99. a night. Excellent.

The pictures look great, but real life is even better! This is probably by far the best motel I’ve ever stayed in. I only wish I was there more than one night! Cameron was wonderful and very easy to get ahold of. He had a binder with great suggestions about places to go, eat, see and more. The cable/Netflix at the end of a long day was a cherry on top. 10 out of 10 and I WILL be back.

Found the room too bright at night for my liking. Porch light shined in from the door, wish there was a curtain to go over the Venetian blinds.

Cameron was phenomenal. My family arrived early and he still let us into the room. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable couch. You can tell he takes great pride in his motel and keeping his room in great shape.

We stay in PEI every summer. This was our first time staying at The Boardwalk motel, and honestly we regretted not booking for longer as it was so nice! The rooms were clean. The beds were cozy. It had a heat pump that helped keep the room cool. A bbq! A fridge and a little kitchenette area. It’s literally right in the middle of everything. Cavy beach, the boardwalk, sandspit, adventure zone, and all the restaurants. We will definitely return next summer :)

It was the perfect stay for us right across from Sandspit. I was able to quickly walk over the hill and grab water and sweaters when needed. It was very spacious, the beds were super comfortable and the 2 kids (18 & 11) loved it as well.

We didn't really find anything that stood out as unlikeable about the motel. We might suggest a little more lighting in the storage/shelf/toaster area. We decided that it was definitely a place we would consider booking again if we were going to the island.

We provided our own breakfast; however, we knew that ahead of time. Motel was easy to find, conveniently located and was quiet. Beds were comfortable Cameron was very hospitable, very welcoming, and even provided suggestions for close restaurants providing certain foods, best close beaches, touristic sites, shopping places, etc. Really appreciated that. Making reservations, checking in and out as well as questions/emails were accomplished with ease.
