first, the receptionist was welcoming and very cooperative. Rooms were clean with sufficient toiletries and a good breakfast. The layout is such that you can park your car exactly in front of your room's back door and relax on cozy chairs out there any time of the day. Overall a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Place is extremely dirty. It says non-smoking but rooms smell like hell from smoke & weed. None of us could sleep in 2 rooms - not sure if it was bedbugs or mosquitoes.

Location was ok. Tim’s , lots of restras and other stores nearby.

While the hotel carries a certain vintage charm, it is evident that its age has taken a toll on its cleanliness and overall sanitation. The lack of upkeep in the rooms and common areas was disappointing. They were hair all over the bathroom. We had to buy disinfectants and started cleaning the whole area. If you are travelling with toddlers, I will suggest a different place, but for mature people its easier because they always know what to avoid and how to look out for themselves. But kids touch right about everything

The staff's friendliness was a notable highlight and also it's more value for your money. Closer to most cheap eateries and a few minutes' drive to the Falls.

The room was not clean, there was fruit loops and someones vicks vapor rub under the bed, it was dusty. The pillows and towels were stained. The smoke alarm was hanging and not working. In the bathroom one of the provided toiletries was used. The beds did not have fitted sheets. I will never return to this Motel.

The only thing I liked was that I was able to sleep because I was exhausted, however the bed was so hard I woke up with a very sore back.

It was musty, smelly. There were dead ants everywhere (had not been swept). The signs saying "if you dirty the towels you have to buy them" didn't help. The only lock was on the handle. I know people who can pop those with a butter knife.

They had hot water. The staff offered to look for my missing item and took a note with my information.

unsafe, absolutely without out any renovations since was built. smell bad, the blanket was dirty. The heater sounds like a train. we can’t sleep during the night. was a really bad experience. When I ask about my refund for the next day, the attendance told me I have to contact to booking, I did it and I still waiting for my refund, booking told me they can’t contact him, three days after. where did he go? I hope nobody have to live a similar negative experience.

Was given a room beside a group that was very loud all night and the room was a bit on the cold side even with heater on max.

The price was right and they accommodated my late check in. Close to shopping and restaurants.
