The kitchen had minimal supplies. There were no dish towels. We were emailed to see if we needed anything and so requested to have some. We were told they would supply paper towels but never did. It seems incredible wasteful since they already are washing towels and bedding. We also requested an extra blanket which they said they couldn’t supply. For the price of the place these seemed like minor requests.

Nice apartment, convenient location. Had a nice kitchen, and laundry on site. comfortable beds.

Street party noise all night long until after 4:30 in the AM. Also, it was not clear to me when I booked that this was not a hotel - felt tricked at that price. Finally, when I finally got the lock box unlocked, there was no key in it, and I had to sneak my way in to get it from the cleaning crew that wasn’t done after 3:30. All the while, I got disconnected on the phone from the person supposedly helping me…and when I called back 3x, it rolled to VM all three times. Absolutely pathetic user experience….

Host could have left some notes regarding parking. For example, the location for the best pay parking lot, OR if you decide to park on street overnight, make sure to get up early to feed the parking meter. There were no condiments such as salt, pepper and sugar which we typically find useful.

Unit is very spacious. Good for families of 4 Excellent location with amenities e.g. wide range of restaurants, from fast food to pub, to fine dining, corner store near by, etc. Driving to downtown core and several other interesting districts (e.g. Saint Denis, Mount Royal) are just minutes away

I booked a night to stay. The PIN code didn’t work and I stayed almost an hour trying to get into my room. I was asked for my ID. Immediately after providing it, I was told they couldn’t accommodate my stay. I paid $550 that I won’t get back for another 12 business days, and I had to find a friend’s place to stay the night because of them. Would definitely not recommend. I’ve been a user of booking.com for years and was treated like garbage by this owner. The lack of empathy and callousness on display was baffling to say the least, and they didn’t even provide me with other options. Two big thumbs down.

Location location location ! The apartment was at the heart of downtown Montreal , so quiet , double glazing windows , easy access, beautiful interior designed apartment! Close to Notre Dame cathedral and wonderful bars & restaurants

1. It could have been communicated from the very beginning that this Loft had no elevator and that our apartment was on the 3rd floor (45 steep steps: besides, the stairs are dangerous). I would have canceled. All 3 of us are elderly and I have COPD so I went out only once a day to avoid going up these steps. 2. The outside entrance leaves something to be desired. 3. We arrived after the check-in time and the apartment had not been cleaned, no bed linen and towels changed, etc. While we were there, the cleaners did a very general cleanup but not sufficiently well. 4. Really? a 2-bedroom apartment with the bathroom off of the kitchen? 5. I am used to hotels and apartments that have bedside tables and lamps. #303 did not have them. 6. The kitchen was not fully equipped: no normal cooking utensils (such as spatula, large spoon, large knife, can opener, etc. I repeat: Knowing what I now know, I would never have rented this place. Do you need more details?

There was no ac in the bedrooms!!! We need air conditioners on the top floor of a building in summer. The general communal seating area had ac but not in bedrooms - only portable fans. There were Very steep flights of stairs - We saw a young couple with a baby marching up and down the stairs with a stroller and a baby. Advertisement did not include description of many flights of stairs.

Having stayed in similar Lofts in Quebec City this facility was sub-standard. The property was missing many articles that would be considered essential-kitchen garbage cans, kitchen linens (hard to wash dishes with none), The entryway was dirty and access door broken leaving a negative first impression. Although there was ample sqaure footage it was not an attractive loft--cheap remodel.

Thr location was incredible. Near Old Montreal and public transportation. This was the main reason this property was selected.

There was old coffee left in the coffee pot and dirty dishes in the dishwasher from other guests, they didn’t even reply when I emailed them about this. The place needs to be cleaned properly. The hair dryer is useless. The shower drain was clogged. No paper towel or napkins provided for the kitchen. This is the first place I ever stayed that didn’t provide coffee or tea for the appliances in the kitchen. I wouldn’t be bothered by most of the little things if the accommodations were a lower price point, but for the cost they should be held to a higher standard. It is not worth the money to stay here- they should either drop the price or increase the value and amenities of the stay. And no matter the cost, it needs to be cleaner 🤢

Great location for Vieux Montreal, close to lots of restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

The dishwasher wasn’t work at all. The bathtub wasn’t working well as the water stuck in it when we want to take a shower. I emailed the hotel but nobody answered me! Also the apartment stairs smell marihuana like the one of the neighbours was smoking it.
