It was a little noisy at night due to the music from the restaurant below. This was less of an issue midweek.

We had slight trouble with our parking space as when we arrived there were no empty spaces as had been mentioned and they don't keep the reception manned. We contacted them and they resolved the issue promptly, however! No real issues.

Hotel was lovely, was not expecting it to be as great as it was! The location was very easy for walking around Quebec city. Loved the fact they even provided a bath robe - it was however absolutely ginormous, so perhaps having a slightly smaller option would be great! The later check out at 12 was also very nice, as it allowed us to go and have a nice breakfast on the morning we left.

Is part of the building, but if you have mobility problems might not be the best option since there are some stairs to get to the rooms.

Everything was perfect. The place is very nice, great options to eat next to the hotel, modern and confy and close to old Quebec so is perfect to discover the city.

The lighting at vanities was vague; desired better vanity lighting. Needed more instructions on operating lights. Figured it out. A taller hook or towel bar would be nice. The beautiful towels hit the floor.

Parking in the rear was a little iffy but it worked out. Towel and robe hooks seem to be missing from the higher end and newer hotels. The Ophelia is no exception to that. No elevator. The Restaurant manager helped us with our bags going up. Don't pass on this. Going down was easier.

The room was great. The A/C was perfect. The bathroom well appointed and modern. The location excellent along the Grand Allee and in a block off the plains of Abraham. There are two restaurant. We had lunch at the Atelier.

No place to park for checking in. No instructions ahead of where to park. Extra charge of $25 per day for parking. Too many stairs to get to second floor. No breakfast available as was advertised. Strange smell coming from bathroom drain so had to keep door closed.

The bed, high ceiling, fridge, bidet toilet. Steffany was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Location was good and parking behind the building was convenient.

The room was immaculate. It was beautifully presented . Exceptionally clean . Complimentary drinks and snacks were appreciated . It was central to a street with lovely cafes and restaurants and very close to the park .

Everything is digital and adapted smart home devices. from bathroom to bed.

The only thing we didn’t like was the TV. It was glitching a lot. I wish the digital media player worked better, we love to play something in the background while getting ready but it kept disconnecting. We tried casting music as well from our mobiles and it wouldn’t work properly.

We enjoyed our stay at the lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was impeccable. Parking was easily accessible and right behind the hotel, which really facilitated our stay. We will definitely book again!

The place is above a highly frequent bar / club. Notar until early morning. We didn't know about that and would not have booked.

I would have liked the restaurant to be open for breakfast each day, but as we were there from Sunday to Wednesday, we only had one opportunity to try it.

Nothing. We loved everything.

Beautifully renovated with herringbone floors, gold hardware, moulding, marble and crisp white sheets. It was like staying in an apartment in Paris only it’s not too far away from home (Toronto). Also attached to two excellent restaurants. Normand and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. They were professional, welcoming and very pleasant. We would love to come back to the Hotel Boutique Ophelia for our next Quebec City visit!

I travel a lot, but mostly just submit a numerical rating of the hotels where I stay. For this hotel I felt I had to write something. This is a truly exceptional boutique hotel. An older small building that has been updated very tastefully. Every detail is considered for your comfort. The staff if friendly, welcoming, and helpful far beyond what you see at most other hotels. There are two outstanding adjacent restaurants that are owned by the same business, and both offer great food and great service - highly recommended.
