Jacuzzi wasn't kept up and was closed on Sunday so couldn't use. A little further outside of Banff proper than initially thought.

Great living space. Great bedroom, comfortable and warm. Extra towels for jacuzzi outside. Bathroom was exceptional. GREAT views out the front door and back window. Great toiletries.

In any hotel I stay in theres always been room for improvement when it comes to detailed cleaning but there is only so much you can clean in a limited time and all the basics of everything was clean. Little details that were missed but doesn't affect your stay at all were dusty baseboards, light fixtures and the hand rail going up to the second floor was sticky.

It was nice to have multiple balconies and 2 floors of space to utilize especially with a group of 10 people. If you are planning a family reunion I would say this is a perfect spot for it. Great proximity to Banff or Lake Louise for day trips and plenty to see by the hotel as its right downtown Canmore.

Parking stalls were not designated per suite, & some people do not know how to park! By the time we arrived later in the evening we could not park in a stall because any spaces left between vehicles were too small for our vehicle to fit in.

Walking distance to downtown Canmore (shops & restaurants). Free parking. Good view of the mountains. Clean, comfortable room. Outdoor hot tub & area appeared very clean-- but we did not use it, this time.

Nothing really bad to say. Staff were friendly. Nice mountain view. Big Smart Tv. Nespresso coffee machine was great. No microwave though.

This hotel does not offer daily housekeeping, where you do have to go and ask staff if you need anything (Example more towels, or more of anything). The only thing I would recommend is for them to have more nespresso pods at the start of a stay for coffee lovers (maybe a survey sent out before the stay would be amazing). Not a big deal though since we know if we would have asked they would provided! We arrived on a thursday where the hotel wasn't full but on Saturday, the parking lot was full and apparently there was unauthorized cars there so it may make sense to do assigned parking. The bathroom was very clean and modern, but it has a window instead of a fan (which could be a good or a bad thing).

The room was very modern, and the kitchenette was great (it was a fridge and a microwave). We loved the nespresso machine! The bed was very comfy, and the living room couch/chairs were great for relaxing. The rocky mountain soap and hand lotion was a nice touch. The location is very central, right on the main street of canmore which we though was a great. We didn't get a chance to try the hot tub but we saw alot of people really enjoying it. The mountain view from our bedroom window was beautiful. There was a picture in the room of a goat dressed in clothing, which we thought was quirky and fun.

The sheets were 100% polyester. They felt clammy, cold and just awful. The spare sheets were 60% cotton / 40% polyester which were slightly better but do not feel as comfortable as 100% cotton.

The strong bleach smell when we checked in.

Seamless and efficient check in. No contact with reception staff required. Room is a comfortable size and had everything we needed. Bathroom is big and clean. Too bad we only stayed for a night. Location is within 14 mins walk to the engine bridge and there are many nice cafes nearby. Canmore is an artistic town that far exceeded our expectations. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.
