Lovely suite with kitchenette. We ate some meals in the suite. The view was great, the restaurant super, and the staff was helpful. There was plenty of parking while we were there.

Could do with more accessible charging points. A little far from town, but low fare bus service very near.

Beautiful mountain views close by to our room. Lovely bathroom and open fire, really cosy feel to the room.

Comfortable beds and great staff. Bus system was brilliant and stop was just outside. Very reliable.

Fireplace setup was hard to keep fire going..one tiny fire starter in a rolled up paper..seemed more like an after thought in decor than being a deeper set fireplace for all the labor/money put in to the build.

it was a very nice room and bath. The porch in the back was a nice addition as well. had a relaxing time.

Rates were terrible

The rates were terrible. I cane as vest man in a wedding party and was denied the discounted rate same as other wedding guests.

Just a little more space would be good.

Good location for walking and the town. Nice lodge with comfortable beds. Good to have use of a fitness centre too.

Room was tired, lighting was poor and electrics were inadequate. There weren’t enough sockets. Very expensive for what it was.

Restaurant was nice and communal facilities were quite good. Breakfast was particularly good.

Parking limited if you arrived late in the day. Our room was at level of parking lot with wide windows with only blinds. Would have been nice to also have curtains for additional privacy. Ice far from rooms

Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The environment is good and the food is delicious.

No air conditioning in the room. They are condo style buildings so had to go across parking lot to front desk to access ice machine which is also downstairs.

Location was excellent. Food was very good.

We didn’t realize that reservations were needed to dine in the restaurant until day we arrived. Learned we could not dine in by a rather curt hostess so we asked if we could order take out so we could stay in and not have to go back to town. She seemed really put out by the request. Didn’t offer any help with answering questions on menu choices. Told us she would have to check with chef to see how long it would take to prepare our meals. She advised it would be a 40 minute wait and asked us to come back. We asked if we could just stay in the lobby and have a cocktail while we waited and again this seemed to be a huge imposition for her. Waited a ridiculous amount of time for our cocktails to arrive. Finally got our food and enjoyed a lovely dinner in the room in front of the fireplace so all ended well. But thumbs down for the hostess. Only sour note on an otherwise lovely stay.

the room looks MUCH bigger online in the photos, Dan was left but didn’t plug/reach anywhere near beds, water ran dirty so didn’t have drinking water unless bought bottled.

One thing that surprised me was the housekeeping when he was cleaning my room . He used glove with what he empty garbage and picked up all dirty things but I saw him to washed the glasses with is dirty gloves and a small sponge that he used for all room in the bathroom sink without soap . That was very gross for me , yuck 🤮. When I got my room the first night, I wanted to use the glasses for a drink, but I remarked that they weren't very clear when I saw him how he washed. I realized it's what he did with the guys they were in the room before me, so you guys have to send it on the dishwasher to sanitizer properly and put a clean one in the room

we initially got a double room, and it was on the ground floor. It was an older room and smelled weird. There was caution tape all around the back. No one could explain it. There was not a/c and you couldn't leave your door open because on the ground floor and elk walk around. They did give us a different room upstairs in a different section and we loved it!

Prices were a little high for what you get wish there was an ice dispenser close by for my drinks instead of going to front desk
