No fridge, no microwave. Restaurant staff varied in efficiency. Tight parking spots, first come first served. Ground floor rooms suffered from walking noise from 2nd floor.

Elegant resort. Real fireplace in the room.

Apartment felt a bit dingy when we first walked in, worsened by how grubby it was (lots of dust especially the blinds). Felt more cosy once we lit the fire!

Good location, lovely reception and restaurant, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and a decent shower. Not bad value for Banff!

Heating system got a little too hot for us overnight, turning down the thermostats didn't seem to change the underfloor heating temperature.

Excellent accomodation and in house restaurant.

The fire isn't great in the room I would recommend not using it the smoke kept coming back into the room even though we had it set up properly even got a maintenance guy to check it out. The room already had a strong smell of smoke when we arrived so assume it happens often room was stinking of smoke by end of stay. Also towels need some updating they are very hard on the skin.

We were lucky to get an upgraded room due to keys not working in our original room so it was lovely and big and the bed was super comfy with a cute little balcony very nice room clean and tidy. The hottub area is so nice lovely touch to the lodge and the reception area and bar were really nice.

We had one of the older units. It was still good but dated. Would have liked to have a mini fridge in the room. It had a Nepresso machine not my kind of coffee. I would have liked if they had coffee available in the lobby.

It was away from the tourist area up the mountain. It was very quiet.

The room is starting to feel quite dated with stained (but clean) enamelware in the bathroom, ancient lighting and not many plugs for charging phone etc. Perhaps it’s simply Banff prices, but I expected much more given the cost. Of the five places we stayed on our road trip across Canada, this was by far the most expensive.

Cosy cabin vibes with woodsmoke smells and elk and deer grazing beneath our balcony. Super lucky to watch the Northern Lights from our room too! Loved the welcome cookies in our room and everything was very spacious, including the free parking.

It would be wonderful if the hot tub could be more spacious and less crowded, as it was truly a relaxing experience. Additionally, expanding the restaurant menu to include a wider variety of cuisines would be greatly appreciated.

The room service was incredibly prompt in responding to any requests we made. The location was conveniently situated near the picturesque mountains and the bus station, which provided easy access to the downtown area within five minutes.

Used the fire place in the room and fire alarm continued to go off for an hour until we put the fire out. Was frustrating as we wanted to make use of having it in our room.

the noise from upstairs carried down

The rooms were lovely although a bit cramped with furniture, when we arrived our rooms werent located next to each other or even in the same section, when i asked if we were able to be moved closer together as it was my kids in the other room, they were able to change us to rooms next door

Room was quite dark. The terrace area we had with our room was dark and did not catch the sun at all (and it was very sunny during our stay). No charging points in room anywhere near bed (I tend to charge my phone my bed at night). Limited number of charging points elsewhere in room. This hotel (which I did know prior to booking) is not on the ski bus route. You must get the connecting local bus from the hotel down into town.

Lovely outdoor hot tub, perfect for after skiing. Comfortable and stylish lounge in main lodge. Loved the fireplace in the room. Mule deer strolling between hotel buildings in the morning. Very close to regular/local bus into town which drops at the skibus stop. Good free/strong hotel WiFi.

Only thing I wish they had was a mini fridge - our room didn’t which was strange but I assume was normal for Banff. Ice in a bucket sufficed however!

Such friendly staff, and a very cozy room. The fire was the main appeal and the pillows were so comfy! It was nice to be just out of town and yet so close either by bus, car or feet! The hot tub was huge which was a nice change for a ski resort.

The room was a bit dark. House keeping can improve. Our sheets were changed after the 6th night. Toilet was not cleaned during our stay.

The views from hotel were great. We had deer come by the property in the afternoon. The restaurant on site The Prow has great food. And room service was fast. Great water pressure and hot water. The heated floors worked great.

I think the staff in the reception could do better with the service, especially the girl who received us when we checked in. She wasn't rude or anything, it's just that she could've been more helpful, accommodating and pleasant overall. Although, the staff who assisted us during our check out was amazing and really helpful. Additionally, the bathroom was already old and obviously not much maintained. Shower wasn't working great but still usable though.

The property is lovely during winter season as the area has a lot of pine trees and it just makes the place magical. The rooms were spacious as well including the bath. They also have a common outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi which you can enjoy until late evening (11 pm). One of the staff helped us to set the fireplace and heating inside and was really accommodating. I would like to commend him as he was very detailed and helpful to us but I wasn't able to get his name. Hence, my favourite part of the property was the fireplace inside the rooms which completes the ambience of a cabin/wood lodge vibes accommodation.
