The location was great, just out of the hustle and bustle and still with easy access via WEGO. Plus, the owner offered to take us wherever we wanted to go or pick us up if necessary. Our room was very comfy, including the bed and nice sheets, and there waa a variety of pillows - including a very firm one similar to what I have at home. Our hosts could not have been nicer - welcoming, accommodating, interested in us, and they had an interesting story as well, and we enjoyed a lovely and generous breakfast. Butterfly Manor was a good choice for us.

The only thing that could have been better would be to get more info for breakfast preferences the night before.

Ted was a fantastic host-- very friendly and accomodating, and the space was clean, comfortable (especially the beds, which were very comfy), and had free wifi. The location is only one block off of the B&B WeGo bus stop which is super convenient, but it's still close enough to walk down to Niagara if you don't want to take the bus. Breakfast was good and very generous. Our group of 4 adults found the 3rd floor suite perfect for our needs, and would stay here again.

We have never experienced a stay where we felt so at home. The hosts were kind, friendly, smiling and wonderful people. They made great efforts to make us comfortable and not experience any shortcomings during our stay. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was hearty, varied and very delicious. When we go to Niagara again, my children and I will definitely stay at this hotel. Butterfly Manor Hotel. Zero complaints

Clean, spacious, kind and accommodating host, Ted, who served a delicious and generous hot breakfast. Lots of parking and an easy 20-30 min walk to the dinner and show we came for. The walking helped both build an appetite and digest. We will be back!

I have arthritis and struggled a bit with the stairs, but as I said, Ted helped with my bags.

I really appreciated how accommodating Ted was. He asked what I wanted for breakfast and at what time, helped with my bags and upgraded my room. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Ted was very welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cooked breakfasts were delicious and varied. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Location was great, about 10 minutes walk from American Falls and about 30 minutes walk to the Horseshoe Falls. Thank you Ted for making our stay so pleasant! Would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast and would stay here again!

Breakfast was substantial and quite a social event with other guest. The host could not do enough to cater for you. As a solo traveller I felt very much at home. Ted the owner made sure I was at my running event on time even though it was in the middle of breakfast service. Truly appreciated.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had for a bed and breakfast experience. During our two mornings the hosts were prepared to serve us at our requested time and were considerate of all dietary needs and provided options to allow for a variety of foods.

Friendly and receptive hosts, always accommodating and ready to help with a smile. It was very clear they were interested in making their guests feel welcomed and cared for. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Clean and the rooms were very spacious. Great location in front of the Niagara River. and safe area with easy and free parking and a bus stop only a block away. Highly recommend!

I am certain that anything we didn't like Ted would have fixed immediately, including adding air to my rental car tire which he did. If I had to pick a dislike, maybe a living room area to enjoy a glass wine, would add to the overall experience.

The owner and his wife were gracious in their hospitality and extremely accommodating to any small request by us and the other guest. The breakfast was excellent and could have been sold at a first class restaurant. It is easy for us to give the Butterfly Manor and excellent rating!

The host was so gracious. I needed help with my luggage, I arrived at 10PM at night and he helped me with a smile on his face. Also, breakfast was very generous and the room was esceptional
