Great location between the Parliament buildings and museums we wanted to visit. Reasonable price for our room, breakfast and secure parking. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

More plugs for electronics. Two near the bed would be nice.(No problem charging, though.) Television was a bit smal, and controls were not intuitive. Suggest instruction card and more intuitive controls. Did not have much time for TV, though.

Breakfast buffet included, with abundant good, healthy food, no waiting. Granted two extra egg and cheese on english muffin sandwiches (wrapped) which was dinner on the trip home - hard to find wrapped sandwich to go in the neighbourhood.

Nothing really. The furniture and TV are a little old, but everything was working fine.

Good value for money. The stuff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel offered everything we expected from it.

The bed for us was a bit too soft, it might be a little old. But it wasn't a big deal.

This place was lovely-- friendly and accommodating staff, cute balcony with a table and chairs, great in-room appliances (fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker), good bathroom with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (not in tiny bottles, which I definitely prefer. Much more eco-friendly!) Breakfast was nice, good vegetarian options, cold brew and hot coffees, soy and dairy creamers, both savory and sweet breakfast options, and space inside and outside to eat. Good location-- easy to get to from the metro, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. A great place for a quick stay!

The staff were very polite and helpful, our room was cleaned daily and the location was just perfect for what we wanted. Everything was walking distance Very happy to have found this place and am planning of coming back

Area just a block away, Byward market has become blighted with mildly menacing non-residents.

We booked the ByWard Blue Inn at the last minute. It was a perfect accommodation for Ottawa -- close to a very trendy neighborhood but easily accessible to the main attractions. We especially appreciated the onsite parking and the in-room kitchenette.

The location is terrific. Easy to get to and within walking distance of the Market, the National Gallery, Parliament Hill etc. The breakfast is outstanding - it's all well prepared, theres' a good selection and you can eat enough to get you through practically until dinner! The rooms are comfortable - it's so nice to have real dishes, cutlery and a microwave. And the hotel doesn't feel like every other hotel. The little balconies are a bonus in the nice weather. It's really a good deal all around.

The streets around the hotel detracted from it since Covid, but the Council are instigating a renewal program.

The whole hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and kept being replenished frequently. The lift is in full working order. Easy parking. Limited underground parking but public car park next door. The room cleaned and refreshed daily. Near to the town, US Embassy, Canadian Parliament and Byward market, National Museum and other galleries. An historic town.

Location and not the easiest to find walked by it a few times before figuring it out

Breakfast was standard, which I don't like much, but that's very subjectif. Fortunately, I was able to find good food in the offered selection, despite being a bit picky.

Great location, nice and big rooms, good value for money, everything one needs in the room, clean. The possibility to enter the room much sooner than formally expected was greatly appreciated.

The room is not so clean. There are hairs everywhere. On the table and bathroom. The AC/Heater is hard to adjust to the temperature I want.

The location is close to tourist places.

Parking was very tight, but realized later there was alternitive parking down the street.

breakfast was great with lots of choices. Fresh food is always a bonus.
