The EXTRA taxes and fees were about $200 more added on before we left. I will NEVER go back there. we were quoted $350 with Booking.com and when we left ended up paying $525. Outrageous. NEVER AGAIN.

arrived at 8;30 pm Monday , walked 15 min to get to the registration lobby was very confusing and not easy to find. as we checked in , noticed a sign of water to be turned off midnight to 8 am , we asked the reception who helped check in he did not know that until we brought it to his attention. There was no restaurant open on site , so we had to leave the hotel after checking in to grab a bite.,, this was very inconvenient , multiple restaurant on site but none was open to serve or order take out , which i find it inconvenient when you are at a 24hour casino . and there was nothing around to order food. there the walk to the lobby was a bit long with stairs and 2 escalators.

The property is big and It took me a while to figure out where to park and where I should park and check in There where not to many signs on the street to guide us to the right entrance of the building .

This hotel is, first and foremost, a casino. Everything revolves around that. The breakfast offerings were disappointing and the decor is fabulous-tacky (as is appropriate for a casino). Our room was quite expensive and was bare bones - clean but not special for the price. Our expensive Riverview was a smallish window over an expanse of utility roofing and exhaust pipes. So, what I'm saying is that if you want to to gamble or see a big concert, it's a good place to go. If you want to enjoy local culture, gaze at the river or have a boutique experience, I would give Caesar's a miss.

This is a big casino and entertainment centre. Its business revolves around casino games and big concerts & events. I think it is very well organized for those things. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is a massive complex and when we wandered in exhausted after a long road trip, a staff member stopped us to make sure we knew where the check in desk was. The pool and fitness centre are also very nice with big glass windows looking out to a view of the Detroit River. Because of the casino, there is a 24/7 buzz that feels quite exhilarating - and contrasts with the general conservative quietness of Windsor.

Check in process was very frustrating. Difficult to find, too long to check in with reception trainee, confusing to approach check in, we were so frustrated that we nearly left, poor access from self Park, walking thru entire casino to find reception. Not sure that we would return due to reception. Inadequate and poor location to find reception, hotel seems to be an afterthought behind casino.

Random staff on floor including a member of health & safety team were very accommodating with directions as floor plan and levels were very confusing. Dinner at Spago was terrific. Room very clean and felt upscale.

Lighting in room was dull. Thought it odd not to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. No one mentioned that the elevator to second floor doesn’t work after midnight. Security sent me down on the lower floor after I struggled to try and get my room key to work approximately 5-6 times. Maybe when you check in, they should mention that.

Location to Ford Field excellent! Sue on the casino floor was superb. Room nice and quiet 🤫
