It is quite pricey for a basic room. The bathtub had a strange stain and the plumbing panel beneath the sink was on the floor. Some men were talking in the hallway until quite late; we think they might have been workers (working on the rooms) staying overnight?

I didn't realize that I couldn't be in the block of rooms reserved for the wedding and get the same room rate as they did. This was more of a learning curve for me as I was not familiar with the process at all.

The breakfast was very good. Good assortment of foods. Beds were very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries will of good quality. I was attending a Wedding and they had a reserved block of rooms and given a free breakfast, which they were willing to compt us.

Breakfast was not included all nights and is expensive. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Window allowed wind and cold in. Front desk staff were not extremely helpful. Price was charged in USD$ and not at all worth the money.

Only room service was available for dinner. Food was not hot and order was incorrect. Indicate to customers in advance that reservations for restaurant is highly advised as seating is limited. Reception staff were preoccupied with other issues on their computer when handling my check in. Also advised me that reservation for the restaurant was not necessary.(restaurant was full !!!) TV in room was very small and very old.

Bed was a little springy but not enough that I couldn't sleep. Labeling for food allergies at the restaurant and breakfast would have been ideal.

I loved the hardwood/laminate flooring vs carpet and the breakfast has everything!

Noisy due to room being at front of hotel close to major road. Bathroom fan also very noisy. Pre-booked 1 room with 2 beds and emailed asking for quiet room. 1st room given was on main floor away from front of hotel but only had 1 double bed so moved to 3rd floor at front of hotel but could hear traffic at night.

Lots of parking, comfortable beds, dark out curtains, new flooring, shower.

We are seniors and found the room rates higher than expected this year and no discount for seniors. The parking area was a bit limited and entering and exiting the area was a bit of a challenge,

Found the staff friendly and the breakfast excellent. The room was very clean and the location was great. The trolly made it easy for us the bring in our travel bags. We also were able to use the office printer which was helpful.

Beds were very firm and the shower/bathtub faucet was caked in hard water residue. The tap was almost impossible to switch on and off and had to be forced.

Check in was difficult. I am handicapped and have trouble standing for long. Clerk could not find our reservation by # or name and wanted original email confimation from January? Also air conditioner was very noisy.

The breakfast for the two days i was there was absolutely delicious. Exceeded my expectations. :) This hotel is across from many stores and a couple of minute drive from a ton of restaurants. Front desk staff was also very kind and accommodating.

Can't think of anything except when we went out for supper we had great difficulty getting back to the hotel. We were driving north and our app told us to turn left and then turn right which we did and ended up in the back end of a car wash. There were no visible street signs so we took a long trip to the next light and eventually found our way back. This was just after dark. Perhaps a simple map explaining to guests how to approach the hotel from different directions would help.
