The area is in a transitional phase. The window looked over a bar, we did book the suite without a view, so that is on us.

Location from the waterfront was great. Was a bit noisy, but they provided ear plugs.

It was an all-electronic check-in, and I had a challenge with the check-in process. I do miss interacting with a human being. It would have been helpful to check in before arriving on the property. I also wish there had been parking on-site but there is a pay lot around the block.

The air conditioning unit was a bit cumbersome and unattractive booked up to the window. Also very noisy. (We easily turned it off, but then the window needed to remain open)

Noise levels, although to be expected in this location. Dust under the beds and sofa should be cleaned during changeovers.

Lack of sound proofing in the suite. We could hear music from outside even when using the earbuds provided, and hear other patrons conversing and using their hair dryers. The online check in process was a bit confusing, particularly the auto charge of $300. It’d be great if an email with terms and reminders were sent out immediately after the check in process. I can’t remember the details to that process but I’m hoping to be reimbursed soon.

Convenient location that’s close to everything, including breakfast spots and stores. We also really liked the appliances and available utensils for use.

Breakfast? Happy I brought my little coffee pot and coffee! Love love love the old refurbished building. Clean and lovely. Hard to navigate the kiosk to get in. But someone came immediately.

Can be somewhat noisy, especially in the weekend, as it is on a busy street. Not much can be done about this, but good to be aware.

Great location in downtown Halifax, with a kitchenette that allowed us to have breakfast in our large room.

1 room had no windows and music is loud until about 1am from pub below they do provide earplugs though

Having two rooms was nice. Beds are comfortable. All amenities of home if you wanted to cook a meal. Easy check in. Laundry on site although didn't stay long enough to need it.

Unfortunately, our apartment was in the back and overlooked an outdoor roof-top bar which played very load music. We were there for the Natal Day holiday, so we’re not sure how often this noise happens.

The apartment was centrally located in Halifax. It was clean, large, modern, and well equipped. It looked exactly as advertised.

We were on the side that faced the Roop top patio and it was loud- but it was a long weekend with nice weather, so not surprising.

The patio club right outside our window was so noisy - even with ear plugs, no quiet until after 1am

We tried to contact the owner through Booking because the powder for the washing machine was out of stock, but they never answered. We arranged by ourselves.

Great place, beautiful apartment, clean and bright. We stayed there for 2 nights and we had a very good stay. This part of the building is quieter than the opossite one (we had the 601). We loved also the view from our room, just in front of the harbour. Super plus having washing machine and clothes dryer into the buiding and for free usage.

There was only one night stand and bed side light. Parking was challenging but we figured out in the end.

Bed was very comfortable, lots of room. Location was ideal. Overall the room meet our needs perfectly.
