Check in was a nightmare. The hotel sent us a check-in email, and I was able to o every step except the last one, which is where the app stopped working (the part where I needed to upload information to verify my identity). The lobby kiosk for check-in also didn't work at all (couldn't even get off of the home screen). Thankfully, we met another guest, and she suggested we text for customer support.

We liked the apartment. It was modern, cozy, and sparkling clean. Customer support texting was helpful once someone answered us. We were not able to access our room until after 9 pm, and that was challenging considering we had been traveling all day and were exhausted.

Communication and customer support abhorrent before and during stay. Questions went unanswered. Keyless and self entry dependent on tech. Many ppl lined up at the 4pm check in time couldn’t get in bc codes were too confusing for them. No customer support on site , very slow and impersonal responses from management via text, no phone responses. Poor sound insulation from hall and other units. Outside noise is expected from buses.

Aesthetics and design are top notch. Well equipped and comfortable.

Our code for the lobby door didn’t work, we could access the luggage room, but not the lobby. Took time to sort out, which was a little frustrating especially as we’d travelled some distance. But apart from this the property was great.

Well located for the waterfront boardwalk and downtown. The property was very clean and provided extras like soaps, shower gels, washing up liquid etc.

No coffee maker was a problem—why not…fully appointed kitchen and instant coffee was a deal breaker:( Last night heard coughing in middle of the night. In morning someone was sleeping in the lobby. Did not feel safe and was planning on using lobby to wait for trip to airport after checkout but the smell in lobby was then awful and couch not clean. The open lobby is a problem.

some of the walls aren’t sealed properly so you can hear the next suite overs conversations. It would be nice to have an option for early check in.

The suite was exactly as advertised and very clean. The check in process was very simple and we had no issues with our stay.

Units to the back of building on lower floors have no view if you are looking for that. Beds were not the most comfortable. No parking on site but parking garage located next street under.

Location is great. Right in the downtown core within walking distance of restaurants, attractions. Place was super clean and kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook for yourself. Keypad entry. Price is reasonable. Laundry on site and access to clean towels available.

Location is perfect and super close to all downtown restaurants and bars. The room was a lot nicer than I expected. Rooms are modern and updated. Full kitchenette is a plus. Check in and check out process was super easy. Parking to unload luggage was a was a small issue as barrington St is busy during check in times. However for over night parking there is a large parking garage around the corner. However it is $18 - discounted parking would be a plus. In general no complaints would recommend to anyone looking to experience downtown Halifax/night life. :)

Online services is good, but sometimes reply is not so quickly. The past code for enter into the hotel seems doesn’t work, it lead to a bit trouble. But the price of accommodation is cheaper compared to the similar hotels.

Noisy accomodation (indoor noises during the whole night of the heating and air circulation system). There is no real windows (there are brick walls in 1 meter in front of the windows), so a bit dark flat.

TV was not hooked up to the internet to allow streaming movies. Pillows were too hard and just not great.

The kitchen facilities were great, allowed us to save time and money by cooking in the morning instead of eating out. Perfect location.

The area where the floors meet the windows, do not have noise barriers. You can hear everything from the room below. Great for a couple just wanting time away.
