Room was a bit hot but host switched to a thinner sheet when asked.

Host provided check-in information early. She was very accomodating and eager to answer any questions in person. Someone was there to orient me to the house. Home was very modern and nice. My room was clean, private and comfortable with a large closet space and own bathroom. Space made at entrance for neat storage of outside shoes and slippers provided. House is a 2-minute walk from bus stop which goes downtown and to nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

only the afore-mentioned hard pillows which will probably suit many but were not comfortable to us.

the room was extremely generous in proportion and was very comfortable (only the pillows were too hard for us, but this is a very minor criticism). our host was very kind and helpful and we felt very safe secure and welcomed. Highly recommend this accommodation for its quiet location, convenience to public transport and its ease of use. Thank you.

There was noise from other people in the house, late at night. Even at 2 am, 4 am. Fortunately I sleep with earplugs, but people sensitive to noise would have issues trying to sleep.

Room #1 (upstairs) was very spacious, comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was not included, but I got some in 2 of the days I was there. I had access to the kitchen and could make coffe. The host responded promptly to my messages and requests.

Friendly host, clean and comfy. Location is ~20min from downtown by Uber / taxi. Definitely worth it if you want to safe some money compared to the hotel prices in downtown. Kitchen usable for breakfast, bread, jam, fruits, coffee and tea for free - nice service.

Pleasant quiet neighbourhood, but very convenient for #2bus straight into waterfront city centre. Good sized room, full en suite bathroom, pleasant decoration. Spacious shared facilities in kitchen, but didn’t use apart from for hot drink. Charming helpful welcoming staff

I had to pay cash (prefer Visa or e-transfer). I have been unable to get a proper invoice, that shows I paid. I’ve raised this several times with the operator and this has not been fixed. As such, I am still unable to recover my costs for this work stay, from my employer. I would consider not staying here again for this reason.

Would have liked a small lamp or nightlight in the entrance, coming up the stairs, the hallway to light the areas when coming in late at night. Arrived at 10pm and house was completely dark inside.

House and my private room / bathroom very clean. Appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker. Not aware of any additional breakfast options except a loaf of white bread. Free street parking; able to park under a street lamp and felt like my car was safe and secure in this neighborhood.

Feels like home. Even before the arrival, Rhoda Is able to make you feel pampered and comfortable. Her kitchen, will be your kitchen, as well as the garden. You will most likely be "forced" to accept the breakfast, or lunch, or dinner that she will offer you (despite it not being included in the service), otherwise you will be free to use "your" kitchen. Ok, may be Is not the usual hotel, but what you prefer, an usual motel or your home in another city?
