Loved the outdoor hot tubs

Breakfast was of a very good quality and had great variety. Beds were comfortable Didn't get to experience some of the amenities on offer but would love to the next time I return to Banff.

The lodge was about a 15-20 minute walk to the main village, which meant it was in a quieter area. The room was cozy and clean, and the front desk staff was lovely. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet, but it was decent quality. Really enjoyed my stay here overall!

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was among the best of ‘included’ breakfasts; coffee available. Easy access to covered hot tubs and sauna. Fire pits to use with s’mores were an nice touch. This was good value.

Awesome place, very clean and the facilities are great. The outdoor hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were amazing. Breakfast was also pretty good. Would definitely come back!

It’s quite far away from the town center. 10mins walk mentioned by staff has to be done at brisk speed which is unlikely while on holiday. It’s closer to 15-20 mins walk

Friendly staff. Breakfast is not bad, but it could do with some variation. Stayed for 3 days and it is always the same items.

Poor lighting in the room and bathroom. No fan in bathroom and small bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was the same every day and not many options for healthy eating.. cereals and breads offered are highly processed, as was the cooked option. An orange or apple and a pottle of yoghurt was my only option. Location is about 20 minutes walk from town. We like to walk but not when it's cold and wet

Front desk staff friendly, laundry facility for guests at a reasonable price, comfortable beds. Breakfast was included in the cost although would have liked more healthy offerings . Umbrella available at no cost

Original room was ground floor looking into a parking garage but was moved to better room with no hassle when requested.

Was noisy due to other guests in the corridors. We requested a move to another room, due a constant droning noise all night (Room 218). Staff reacted promptly, and the new room, at the back was fine.

On the edge of town, so was a quiet location, hot tubs great at the end of the day, s'mores...

Corkscrews to borrow from the front desk were on extremely limited supply. They had to loan me one from the bar and ask me to return it immediately.

The decor and atmosphere were very stylish. The hot breakfast that was included was decent. The amenties in the courtyard were pretty cool. And a Nespresso machine in the room? What?! Decent coffee in a hotel room for once? Amazing. I also liked that the soap was nice smelling and from an Indigenous owned company. This hotel was pretty great.

Our only real "complaint" and I wouldn't call it that, is we're used to a variety of pillow style selections when one encounters 4 pillows on a bed, and these all seemed to be the same. Unfortunately not the style either of us typically used, however nice soft and clean never-the-less. Not really a complaint, moreso feedback.

That staff were incredibly friendly, and the amenities (outside in the courtyard) were excellently thought out and executed. I think the effort put into creating a comfortable communal space where people can hang out and recover from a long day was a stroke of genius.

The carpet could be cleaned more thoroughly. There was some hair on the floor. The walls in the washroom should be wiped down more thoroughly. Some toothpaste stains on the walls.

My only problem was unfortunately we were next door to a room which had a dog and it barked all the time the owners were out.

Good location with about a 10-15 minute walk to town or a $2 dollar bus ride. There is on site secure parking, two hot tubs and a plunge pool, lovely comfortable rooms and a good choice of breakfast.
