I didn’t like that there wasn’t a pool

I liked the balconies that face the mountains. My daughter waited outside for the northern lights on the balcony on Saturday night, and loved it.

I loved everything about it

The room is finished to an extremely high standard, with a view that is unmatched of Banff and the mountains. The room is also huge and the beds are cosy and air con is superb! I couldn’t recommend this place more highly

Comfortable bed, beautiful Mountain View, convenient location, good food choices at the restaurant, fresh pour over coffee in room with selection of cream, 2% milk, oat milk. Good size room, very clean. Friendly & helpful front desk

It would be nice to include at least mini breakfast, but it is an suggestion.

It was a good experience to stay there. The hotel is new, well designed. It was nice to get coffee and tea in special way (such small jars in the sac) when we were cheaking in.

Friendly and helpful staff. It’s been recently opened so all facilities are in great shape. Parking spot is included. We got offered an upgrade as part of our honeymoon with a small surcharge.

The WiFi wasn't the best and the waterpressure in the shower was pretty low

Very new modern hotel, comfortable bed, clean, great views and Banff center is just a 15min walk away, it was silent and perfect for 2 nights I will comw back

Lovely hotel room with fantastic view of the Rockies. We travelled with our dog and the staff went above and beyond with dog treats, toy and dog bed provided on check in to make our pet feel at home. The hotel is brand new and finished to a high standard. Hot spring pools still under construction, look forward to returning and trying them in the future!

Located at the end of the Banff main street, the main area where the shopping can be done etc. is like 20 minutes by walk away. There are buses that you can use for free but they come once every 30-60 minutes so not too convinient. Not a bad walk if it was sunny but the wheather is not always promising so would depend on the wheather.

Beatiful room and fascility with splendid view of the mountains. The room and lobby etc. were all clean and organized. Well designed with the canoe touch and liked the atmosphere. Sudden Sully (the restaurant) was pretty good too. On arrival, the hotel staff gave our kids animal puppets, and they were so cute our kids loved it!

It will be good if the balcony lights can be manually switched off. It will be good if they can provide us with bathroom slippers.

Front desk staff Hannah was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She gave us very detailed directions on how to get to the carpark. She even shared with us the shuttle bus service that the hotel provides and gave us a copy of the timing, even when she knows we drove. She makes us feel welcome and at home. Hannah, please continue to keep up the good work. The room is big and the area is very clean. They even have a boiler and a sink in the room, which is very helpful. I really like the way the room and toilet were designed and the shampoo and soap that they provide. It was really good.

I liked in this trip everything- Stunning view from our room, great front desk staff, clean and new suit, complimentary coffee. I asked to leave small surprise for my husband cause it was his birthday. They left cute card, where were lot of hotel staff’s names and beautiful bottle of maple syrup. It was amazing. Thanks to this hotel for our great experience in Banff.

Nothing except maybe that there was no laundry room

The hotel is magnificent, really beautiful and elegant. The staff were very nice. Fresh coffee in the room every day. The little café downstairs for tasty, quality snacks.
