Not a thing to dislike,

Outstanding ham and mushroom omelet! Sourdough toast was fabulous. Staff was exceptional. Loved the bar staff trying new cocktails for us.

I paid for a room with a Mountain View but the construction ruined it. I was hoping to enjoy my cup of coffee in the balcony whilst enjoying the Mountain View but the construction and its orange cover is literally in my balcony area and there was dripping water in the balcony. First I was staying at the 6th floor last building. On my 2nd day I asked the reception if they can do something about it. They placed us to the 2nd floor 1st building. There’s no construction covering the view but haha it’s facing the gasoline station and a little view of the mountain. I wish they transferred us to upper floor since I was staying first night at upper floor. So for me, paying 810cad for 2 nights, i supposed did not meet my expectations :(

The room was for a family of 4 but the fridge was way too small to accommodate any actual food for us. also, they had an order to room coffee/tea service. it was nice, but it didn't come with any sugar or sweeteners unless we asked. Plus, they were pretty 'conservative' with the amount they gave us. not that big of a deal but it was noticeable.

I liked the cleanliness. The washroom was nice. They had really nice soap and shower products. The location was good since it was really close to downtown. The view of the mountains was also rlly great. There were some renovations still ongoing, so the orange tarps kind of distracted me from the view, but the room was still great for the price. also, the cafe by the lobby had amazing baked goods. I would recommend the almond croissant as well as the plain one.

Canoe and Suites is currently under construction but completed portion where we stayed is great. Covered parking near the room is a plus. Although a somewhat limited the menu, the hotel restaurant was excellent. Extras like specialty coffee and tea in the room is a great idea. Shower is fantastic.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a pool

I liked the balconies that face the mountains. My daughter waited outside for the northern lights on the balcony on Saturday night, and loved it.

I loved everything about it

The room is finished to an extremely high standard, with a view that is unmatched of Banff and the mountains. The room is also huge and the beds are cosy and air con is superb! I couldn’t recommend this place more highly

Comfortable bed, beautiful Mountain View, convenient location, good food choices at the restaurant, fresh pour over coffee in room with selection of cream, 2% milk, oat milk. Good size room, very clean. Friendly & helpful front desk

It was a good experience to stay there. The hotel is new, well designed. It was nice to get coffee and tea in special way (such small jars in the sac) when we were cheaking in.

No gym and the pool was not opened yet.

Friendly and helpful staff. It’s been recently opened so all facilities are in great shape. Parking spot is included. We got offered an upgrade as part of our honeymoon with a small surcharge.

The WiFi wasn't the best and the waterpressure in the shower was pretty low

Very new modern hotel, comfortable bed, clean, great views and Banff center is just a 15min walk away, it was silent and perfect for 2 nights I will comw back
