Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaComfortable, quiet small hotel on a beautiful well kept property. Our room was large and well equipped. Comfortable bed as well as two big chairs. Breakfast consisted of coffee/tea, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt. The owner was very nice and asked a few times how we were finding the hotel or if there was anything else we needed. Great little spot.

CanadaAttention to detail when cleaning would help. There was coffee in the bottom of the pot from the previous guest. Coffee on the sink in the bathroom. A little more attention when dusting would be appreciated. Dust allergies are a real thing. Thank you.

CanadaOn Booking.com it says breakfast included. We have been going here for 2 years now. There has never been a breakfast offered. I don't find this to be a problem, but maybe breakfast shouldn't be off on the website.

CanadaIt's not something I didn't like. I just think that a little more attention should be made to the dusting of the room. Vents should be vacuumed so they vent properly. And maybe pick up things on tables to dust. I only say this because of people with allergies, it's quite hard to breathe. I do believe that it should be taken off the site that breakfast is offered. It is not. And hasn't since pandemic.
We stay here a lot. Ian is always ready to help in any way and is always welcoming. Also I like that the location is out of town . It makes for a quiet stay. I like the layouts of the rooms. And I think one of my favorite things is the Boss radio in all the rooms. Fantastic sound in a hotel room. I've stayed at high-end hotels before and not 1 ever came with a decent radio. Thank you. Not everyone turns on a TV as soon as they walk into their room. Some of us like music.
