The grounds are quite trashy, I have never seen so many cigarette butts in one place ever…no place to walk the dog, except other trash filled areas..

Nice to have the option of an extra door to the parking lot, especially when travelling with a dog. Comfortable beds, fairly clean room, staff friendly.

Fail. There was no breakfast. Poor brands of coffee. No food (for breakfast) within easy walking distance. Bathroom very small.

Bed. Shower. The 2 on-site restaurants, THE DAVENTRY (very good food) and the ORIENT CHINESE (open late). The backdoor access to the (1) rear parking lot on certain ground floor units.

Linens and blankets has pubic hairs and foul smell which is obviously not changed nor washed. The amenities and facilities are dusty, and the hot water from the dispenser in the reception area smells bad and didn’t taste good.

the position of the television at the end of the bed meant you had to turn sideways to get by. not horrible but a little awkward.

there was no breakfast. the room was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and polite.

The lock to the rear room door to the back parking area - maybe just me, but more than a chain lock would have been appreciated. I was just always concerned for the "what if". And no, I'm not a typical paranoid person. Other than that, it was great.

Location. Quick, easy, efficient. Room was what I wanted for a quick stopover and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Property run down. Outside door on room, but no key access. Only outside door that seemed to work was the main entrance. Shower was very ineffective. I had to temporarily remove the head to get enough water flowing. I was accosted by a panhandler on my way from the car to the office to check in.

Location was convenient. Beds were comfortable and clean. The fridge worked.

Water tabs not showing to hot water and cold water. TV-I don't know how to turn on/off I don't know how to deal with it. Plug some of them are not working. I brought my hair dryer, but I used the plug from makeup space.

I was expected one bed in the room. When I opened the door, there were two beds. I saw a fridge, and microwave at the room, it was very helpful. I went a grocery store (Independent) from the hotel, it took 5 minutes by walking. I got salad, chicken bowl, had them in the room. I also went to another restaurant (Cafe Petit Gateau https://cafepetitgateau.com/) from the hotel, it was not far. I got a caramel tart from there. Two restaurants are located (Orient restaurant and The Daventry Kitchen & bar) in the same building, you can bring your meals at the hotel.

Room smelt stale when we booked in. AC had been left on full blast and room was freezing. Outside temp was about 20C so no need for the AC.

Most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever experienced away from home (YMMV). Comparitively spacious room. Cheap - basic, no frill, motel style accommodation but good value for money if that is all you want.
