Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaSome minor improvements that could be done to the apartment: having some kitchen towels and rags would have been helpful, and some sugar for coffee - we bought our pods and milk but sugar is more annoying to carry around.
Very good service by Casa Hotels - we were confused with the different addresses and the parkings lots but it was easy to reach them and they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice, big enough for two couples, and the area is perfect, on a busy road near many breweries and restaurants. The tram passes right in front so it's easy to reach downtown. If you are a light sleeper, bring a sleeping mask and earplugs if you sleep in the room facing the street. We also really appreciated having the free parking.

United StatesWe were unable to turn the tvs on and bedside lights on in 2 out of the 3 rooms. There was no ice which would have been nice and there was evidence of a mouse that visited in the middle of the night. I wish there more information about the check in process. I did not read anything that said the host would send let psd codes when the room was ready, I ended up calling the provided number when we arrived. The gentleman was extremely helpful and polite.
The location was very convenient, we were able to walk almost everywhere. The hotel was esthetically pleasing.

CanadaCommunication with staff was mostly poor and slow to respond to your questions. Other than that, the Wi-fi password and Wi-fi in general just didn't work. Staff never got back to me about that issue but it's a very minor thing.
Cozy, clean, and nice that every basic thing you need is provided including shampoo, plates, cups etc.

United StatesThe water pressure in the shower,and weirdly, the sink in the bathroom was very weak. Also one of the beds was kind of broken? It slanted down at the foot of the bed and clunked when my friend rolled over on it. We tried to use the pull out couch but that was broken too (it wouldn’t pull out) so my friend just slept on the couch.
It’s a great space for groups with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved having a kitchen to cook in so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Also there was so much natural light during the day with the sky lights it was great. We also appreciated that there was parking!

CanadaCharging 150 for cleaning , but there's no thorough cleaning done. We had someone's hair in the fridge and in the bed, stains on bedding. If you look behind the sofa and under the beds, there's a lot of dust and some garbage. Noise from the road at night.
Good location, not far from downtown, right at the bus and tram stop. Kitchen has enough utensils for cooking. Nice decor. It was good stay in overall, but the place requires good cleaning

CanadaThe shower was a little small, and the bed was a little harder than my liking. But these are really minor things. Can hear some traffic, but it’s really only when you have windows or the door to the balcony area open. While I didn’t get a response to my question regarding my stay before going, they gave me all information needed the day of.
The apartment was clean, bright, and warm. Stocked with things that we need during the stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, utensils/plates, etc. Public transit stops were right across the street.

I booked a property at Queen Street two weeks early, just at the booking date they sent me instructions for another property, very far from that property at Queen St. They said that's the normal and that they have several properties and they send to customers where they should be located later. That's scam bait.
