Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The location was convenient and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The price was very reasonable. Actually because most hotels I noticed offers high price due to events happening around the area but Cassandra offers the best price. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

I understand, that a hotel wants to make its advantage of the wildfires, but CAD 590 wasn't an appropriate price for an old fashioned room, next to an asbestos renovation.

United StatesWe were really pleased with our stay at the cassandra hotel as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Vancouver as it is just round the corner from the bus/skytrain station. The staff are very good, especially the Receptionist, Handra, who was very friendly and helpful to all of their guests. She's very adorable.
