We really enjoyed our stay and don't have anything negative to say.

The room was an ideal size. We especially found having a kitchen very useful so we were able to eat in on occasions. The location was great, in the centre of the city and a short bus ride to the harbour front.

The location is excellent for accessing most venues in the downtown Vancouver core. Good secure parking was nearby and a very good value considering the location of the hotel and compared to other similar hotels. We were upgraded to a higher and larger room which was very nice. The facilities were exactly as advertised which is always nice. The front desk staff were professional and well groomed.

the outside noise can easily be heard in the building . It is right beside St. Pauls hospital so lots of sirens.

I appreciate the value for money , downtown Vancouver can be expensive and the plaza is affordable . I also like the ability to have a kitchen

The noise both in doors and traffic noise. The room cleaning was very superficial. All our used glasses were not cleaned and no bath mat.

Having to pay for the room Up front instead of at check out is inconvenient as my husband needed to check in before I arrived and they were funny with him as I made the booking and was planning to pay for it.

This is an older hotel and is well worn, but has clean and spacious rooms. Pavement in the underground parking needs replacing, tile floors in the room and in other areas is broken and worn. It needs a facelift, but rates reflect that.

The breakfast and dining room were first rate. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very clean. Staff is amazing. Also very handy to St Paul’s Hospital for discharged day surgery patients living out of town, and for families of patients at the hospital. Easy walking to the downtown shopping areas and VancouverArt Gallery. IGA is nearby for groceries if you are staying for a while. Drugstores are also nearby to fill prescriptions.

Pool was outdated and cold. Showers in the change rooms were also not very appealing. Sauna had a weird smelly smoke instead of steam. Cafe in the hotel wasn’t great, very basic, food and coffee not the greatest there but lots of options around the hotel so not a very big issue.

The location was close to everything, easy transportation access or walking distance. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. A market and lots of bakeries around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfy. Room had a tiny kitchen that had all the things you would need. Awesome Italian restaurant in the hotel.

The beds where a little stiff.

As soon as you walk in the staff make sure you are looked after. Very professional, kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. We took advantage of the little cafe in the mornings to start the day. Mostly walked everywhere we needed to go, very accessible location. 30 minute drive from the airport.

Very expensive for what you got.

Rooms were good-sized, but no rel "desk" for working and had to use a small round table - that was too small for compute, additional screen, writing material and documents. Staff helpful, if not very experienced in dealing with tourist requirements. Also only a couple of blocks from an IGA supermarket.

The sink in the bathroom kept clogging.

Loved the view from the 22nd floor. Had a kitchenette and used it. Lots of great eats downtown Vancouver and we indulged.

It was quite loud at night (there's a hospital next door), so if you're a light sleeper like me you might want to take rest plugs!

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Antonio on the door. The location was good if you were doing things in the centre of Vancouver.
