CanadaIt's an older hotel so the walls are a little thin. I could hear the neighbors very well. The pool was getting work done, so it was closed.
The hotel is set in a beautiful park. The spa was clean. We had a nice massage that was easy to book. The restaurant was really good.

United StatesRoom 248 was once a nice room! it is very tired and the beds are quite uncomfortable. I got a suite to treat my self and my daughter, that was disappointing. That room is not up to par with the rest of the hotel experience.
The staff at the hotel is very attentive and they are engaged in all the interactions I had and you feel that they are there to please. Bravo well done that's hard to do these days especially when it's consistent from one person to another or from one department to another. Location of the hotel is ideal to travel around Qc city. All public areas are very comfortable. Very nice to have the option of wines by the glass self service but it was the same wine on all 3 whites and same for red....the idea behind doing this is for the guest to try different wines not to go back for the same that took my wow away.

CanadaThe parking spots for wheelchairs would be better at the entrance. The side walks from the parking were not accessible with a wheelchair because of the built up ice and snow. Access to the jacuzzi was not accessible for mobility reduced people. The hotel could be more accessible overall.
Grounds are beautiful. Check in area is gorgeous. The sitting room with the fireplace is cozy. The service was amazing

CanadaI arrived later in the evening so I didn't get a chance to try the dining room. Similarly, in the morning, my departure was early so breakfast took place at the airport. Their hours are reasonable, but it was just disappointing that I couldn't have stayed longer.
Large comfortable room with windows that open! It was clean and well-maintained. Property is picturesque and set in a largely residential area.

CanadaThe Information provided on Booking Site about the Urbania Suite 2 Lits wasn't accurate as it showed it can only accommodate a max of 4 Persons instead of 5 !! This led us to reserve an additional room for 2 nights to accommodate my family ( 5 persons ) before we fix that with the Hotel Staff. The Hotel needs to provide a facility map for the guests since it's quite big & it wasn't clear how to reach places like the GYM. The Hotel has a lot security. Doors require a different access card from the Parking than that used for the floors & rooms. We also didn't like that the Bathroom Doors in the Urbania Suite didn't have a proper lock. Finally, considering that the Hotel is quite far from the old city, I think it should offer the Parking for free.
The Hotel was very nice, It's a lot of facilities. The Front Desk Staff were amazing & all of them were very helpful. I can't remember all names but I do remember Mehdy, Emillie, Sophie & Joanna. They offered us a Free Room Upgrade at Check In which we highly appreciated. The Rooms were very clean & had a lot of options. We also liked the Pool, the Hot Tub & the Restaurant were we had daily breakfast.

Beautiful grounds and facilities. Staff extremely helpful from the very beginning. Room very spaciious and appointed with everything you ever could have wanted. Amazing towels. Even a sound machine.

The place is big and allows to stay inside without need to go out to the cold at.all. activities,food,spa gym all without getting your snow boots on? The included goodies like the hot chocolate at the reception or liquor, or the coffee in the morning. However the coffee is awful

20 minutes from old Quebec City. 7 minutes from Walmart supercenter. Restaurant great quality. Lots of added amenities. Kids activities were phenomenal. The hotel felt like a resort. I would recommend this hotel vs staying in old Quebec. Getting reservations at restaurants is a nightmare in Quebec so we really enjoyed having a nice restaurant on location. Do not listen to the negative comments I have no idea where they stayed because it could not have been Le Bonne entente.

Also have to say breakfast kitchen closing hours morning at 9:30 too early and night 9pm not very accommodating.
