Even though there were very few guests in the hotel, we were not moved to a new room when we asked. We were overlooking the pool, and we would’ve liked a window to the outside.

Pool, no privacy, the location of the pool is not appropriate. too close to the bistro and fireplace. Couldn't enjoy a table at the fireplace .

Unfortunately breakfast wasn't included and the prices were insane for a continental breakfast but we found a great restaurant in town.

. I was very happy with the amenities and loved that they had an indoor and outdoor pool. My kids enjoyed it very much.

The indoor pool was nice and supervised and facilities around the pool during holidays was a very nice touch with access to games and awesome free gifts. The restaurant was really great, food choices and service all great and made for a great start to the day (brunch). The hot tubs were nice, the view at night overlooking the Bromont ski mountain was amazing! The staff overseeing the booking were very supportive in making last minute changes due to a family emergency and I was really thankful for their great service. I very much recommend this hotel resort.

The rooms are not overly sound proof would be my only compliant so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

Overall excellent stay- The location to the hill is 10/10. You could walk but we did not given that there was a shuttle that was very accessible and easy to use to get to and from the hill! The hot tubs on level 1 are. nice touch.

Great location. Rooms are comfy enough. Staff is nice. It is also a family hotel so you will hear noises which i believe is normal so do not expect a peace and quiet environment. Great restaurant

There's not much we don't like. The only thing would be the coffee maker makes the tiniest cup of coffee. And no hot chocolate in the room, but that isn't a make or break item. Otherwise in our book perfect trip.

We love coming to the Chateau. It's beautiful, clean, friendly staff and it's a bonus to have the shuttle for getting to the mountain and back. Having hot tubs after skiing is amazing. We're so happy they're open again after covid. This was our 4th year coming and we'll keep coming as long as we can. Great facility.

THE TV’s weren’t modern for the price of the room (ex: didn’t have Netflix or casting possibility). I hadn’t realized we booked an atrium view and the front desk said we couldn’t have another room.

The room and facilities were spacious and good enough for a family of four. The pool was heated and big enough to enjoy an afternoon with kids. The location of the hotel is great, that is right in front of the Bromont mountain providing multiple activities including hiking, water park, chair lift, etc.

It was very expensive for a pretty average room, and the decor feels outdated. Limited cable selection with no TV guide, rainfall shower head with barely any pressure.

The location was amazing and the views were beautiful. Really enjoyed the terrasse and hot tubs! Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options.

Window in the room was old, difficult to open, and only opened a bit before jamming. Nice place, but a bit overpriced for the value.

Room was clean, solid 3 star room, not quite 4 star. Beautiful terrace with mountain views. Multiple hot tubs. Restaurant food was wonderful, service was good though at times slow.

Did not think the hotel was good value. Expected much higher level of service for the price. The hotel offers limited shuttle and no taxi into town (we were travel on bicycle) so felt trapped at location as its aways from main part of town
