- coffee machine needs an upgrade. online say Keurig and our room most definitely did not have one in our room. - would have liked to been informed about Spa package as it would have saved us money. hotel was closed when we booked due to covid so package wasn’t an option so instead of giving us a voucher, giving us the option of upgrading us to a spa package would have been courteous.

Because of circumstances (power outage because of Derecho storm) there was only 1 restaurant open and accepting cash only. We couldnt have breakfast at the hotel since the restaurant was not open. There were no emergency lights in the hotel room, which was not too handy when we lost power. Aside from the situation i have no negative comments to put.

Staff was very nice and efficient when questions were asked. Very clean room. Kato restautant food was awesome! I love sushi and it was made fresh on site.

Our room 217 was right next to an entrance door which slammed every time someone entered or exited. It woke us up several times throughout the night. Also next to the ice machine. Walls are paper thin. You could hear everything.

The floor was not vacuumed, scums and spiderwebs in corners-crumbs on the floor. I had not stay in a Hilton with these kid of issues. The layout is not very smart- bedroom as you enter the suite, living room next- at night and early morning you can hear all the noises in the hallway when you try to rest. Breakfast is expensive and very little variety.

Location, separate living room from bedroom. Beautiful building architecture. Parking in front of the hotel.

Staff did not provide a coupon for the spa without asking. We were told by the Spa that they had them. Restaurant closed earlier than 10pm.

Room was excellent. Spacious, clean and appealing. Our view overlooked the Spa which was very nice, however the balcony didn't have anything to sit on, which would have been nice.

booked a suite for my stay. I could not work because the network is too weak. Also room was hot (south west facing) but couldn’t cool it down because AC not available in winter time. couldn’t get decent parking because everyone from spa is using it. Also rooms could really use some more modernization. 1980’s wallpaper still up

Motors sounds in the room, like laundry machines or ventilation was loud when trying to go to sleep. The restaurant Ono that’s connected to the hotel for breakfast was not a good experience in the morning, service was really slow (took 15 mins for the waitress to come see us even if there was only 3 couples in the restaurant and took 1h before we got our meal), at least the food was good.

Room was comfortable. Enough lights. The bath was ideal and everything was clean.

The room was mostly clean except the floor had lots of lint on it. It should have been vacuumed. There was a lot of confusion over our 2 night booking because they were done separately. It resulted in the cleaning staff coming to our room twice on the second day as they thought we were leaving. They only charged one night on the credit card then locked us out of our room the next day as they hadn't charged us for the second night. Also they charged an extra $54 per night as a security deposit but didn't tell us that would happen. It was explained when I went back to the front desk.

Nice large room. The beds were very comfortable. The Koena Spa was a wonderful relaxing experience. Liked the location as it is near Gatineau Park and Ottawa.

Breakfast is $17 for Continental only. If you want eggs or hot food, it's $5 more. We went down the street and got a full hot breakfast for $13.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Spa/thermal baths on site were great and you get a discounted price for the baths when staying at the hotel.

Being told and comfirming with front desk if continental breakfast was included with my stay they said yes. Then get to lounge for breakfast in morning and me and girlfriend are refused because we did not have a coupon. Go the front desk different clerk this time and I am refused not impressed with the amount of money I have just spent in there facility.

We didn’t opt for the breakfast because it was very expensive for a cold breakfast with little selection. The drain in the bathtub was very slow. The pillows were quite small, so four pillows/bed instead of three would have been appreciated.

The gym was fantastic! It was extremely well equipped. I loved the suite-style rooms so my teen daughters could have a different “room” than us. The real glasses in the room were also appreciated. I liked that the floor wasn’t carpet. The staff was very helpful.

When I checked in I was told breakfast was $15 then I was charged $23. Breakfast was my least favourite part of my stay.
