Communication was mostly via automated messaging. If you want to ask questions allow plenty of time for a reply. We found parking via lower town.

Our studio was in the basement and that unfortunately gives a different feeling and then a room with some actual sunlight. Also the kitchen equipment was quite old.

It was the second time we stayed at Chateau Des Tourelles. Like our first time we enjoyed the great, location, the clean studio and the good value for money

Some problems couldn’t be fixed fully over the phone since the staff and check in was virtual. Our Prepaid parking spot was never cleared of snow.

We really missed the wonderful breakfast we used to have. Found the Nespresso difficult to navigate.

Location! Loved the jacuzzi tub but it leaked a bit beds very comfortable.

internet connection was bad, at least from our room. Parking available but at basically the same price as other parkings in the city, so I would not recommend taking it.

Position is unbeatable to visit both the old town and the new upcoming neighbourhoods. The personnel is not present, but they answer very promptly via message.

Although our room was on the ground floor when we dropped our luggage we had to carry it up a long flight of steps to leave it and then down again. Otherwise it was a nice large and clean room!

Not being greeting by hotel reception but I understand the new way of doing business and we managed fine.

We liked that we could gain entry early to the hotel to store our luggage so we could tour around Quebec City until checkin time. We never saw any staff except cleaning staff but any questions we had sent by text were quickly answered.

We were on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator and very steep and narrow stairs to drag luggage up/down.

Loved the remote front desk self check in. Room was large two bedroom with a balcony. Close to downtown. There was a communal kitchen with a beautiful dining area you could make meals in. Convenience store right below hotel.

I know we checked in late and didn't expect staff however we did not see any staff during our stay. We were not aware of kitchen and lounge until the next day. The WiFi connection was very poor and therefore we could not use our phones to go to the online guest area or ring anyone. We enquired at booking if we would be able to leave our bags and were told we could at reception but as we did not encounter any staff we didn't do this. I think an information sheet regarding facilities and a welcome phone call would be useful especially for oversee visitors. I think you may consider charging a little more to have staff at reception desk at least in the morning to answer guest queries.

It was clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen and lounge space was a welcome addition. It was good value.

Its not very well isolated, during the night could hear some people partying on the street.
