They just supplied 2 towels. Nothing else. Is this a covid thing?

It was much nicer than I expected. From the outside it is not so inviting. The best thing is that it had an excellent restaurant on site, so I did not have to go looking for food. The room was very large. The TV had a thousand channels. Better than average gym. It is located right next to the elevated highway. Parking is free and very convenient. The included hot breakfast was huge, the best on my trip.

1. I'm not sure if the hotel charged me more than the printed statement. The price shown on my credit card is 60+ more than the one on the printed statement. Hope it will be clarified later. 2. Bathroom is a bit small.

Traditional continental breakfast, bagels and bread are good. The staff may randomly request the breakfast ticket. The place is clean. Free parking is also helpful.

Often missing hotel towels at the pool but we had our own beach towels. Cereal options would have been great for the kids at breakfast. TV placement was a little weird in the room so not everyone could see the tv so maybe a swivel arm wall mount would be my suggestion but overall great hotel stay with the kids!

Nice clean room, kids loved the pool which by luck we had to ourselves twice. The warm breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was great and we were able to get a joining room with our family which made the trip even better. The place was nice and quiet and close to big shopping centers and activities for the kids! Would definatly return to this location if we go to Laval again.

The hotel ist close to the highway, which has its pros and cons.

The Infrastructure is simple but perfectly fine. Breakfast offers great products. Personnel ist utmost kind and helpful

Staff was great when we checked-in and during our stay. They where very helpful and was surprised when they offered services in multiple languages. When asked for extra coffee and/or directions they where very helpful.

I have requested early check in at the time of my booking. There was no issue stated when my request went in other than this cannot be promised. Please call the morning of your stay I did this - I was able to get an early check in. However with a 40$ fee that was not disclosed during the first initial request

I should have been told when I checked in that our room wouldn't get any service

We had a funeral to attend. all went well except I wasn't aware our room wouldn't get any service. our bed wasn't made and the room wasn't vacuumed. I didn't expect fresh towels but wasn't made aware of the new policy of no service in the rooms unless guests spend a third night.

The night receptiest charged me extra for my kids though it's mentions in the booking 2 adult 2 kids and they stayed one night and left early the next day.

Staff were very friendly. Us being from Halifax, the deal upon arrival could tell I didn’t speak great French and were very quick to accommodate. The breakfast was delicious and lots of options, the pool was refreshing and room very clean
