The rooms are comfortable and clean, they even offer samples of shampoo and lotion. The location is accessible and nice as a center point for going on hikes.

Staff is always friendly. Rooms are a decent size. Have stayed in multiple rooms and there is definitely space to move around. I 90% of the time have my dogs with me and they are very accommodating. Have stayed multiple times at this location. Have stayed in a room with a kitchen, Deluxe Double and Triple room.

The bathtub was grimy, it was dusty, i found the beds too soft. Cleaner came into room and emptied trash, but did not vacuum or dust, had to ask for dry towels on second morning. Was most disappointed that dusting and vacuuming didn't happen as i myself made the beds and put trash bags by the door.

It was available, it had a good amount of space, there was a fridge, quiet area. Close to my friends home. My kids were loud and we didn't get admonished by anyone. There is a cute orange stray cat that was hanging around and was very friendly and even walked into the room when we were carrying things in.

Bedsheets and Pillow covers were dirty and not changed from Previous Stays, there were Hair on the Pillowcases. When asked the guy at reception was apologetic and gave us new Bed Sheet and pillowcase. While booking we knew that this was a budget hotel and wasn't expecting much but a clean bed is bare minimum expectation.

No room with the bathroom in the condition it was, should ever be booked out for money! Bugs were coming out of the overflow opening in the sink and the tub caulking was full of mildew and severely discolored. The room also sunk to high-heaven.....had to go buy Frebreeze and a room deodorizer in order to stay my one night. It was digusting!!

Room was fine. Everything else, from the full can of cigarette butts outside the room, to the loose railing on the upper floor was not good. If it was very cheap, it would have been ok, but it was not very cheap.

There was no staff at the counter. There were scetchy people hanging out at both back and front doors. The room are way way over priced for what you get. The rooms are ooold and very bare minimum. I paid less than half the amount the next evening for a hotel that was three times nicer . I would definitely not return under

The rug was stained with oil so I didn’t want to walk on it with bare feet. The tub and baseboard seemed held together with caulking compound. If you sit on the end of the bed it flips up. No Kleenex.

We loved our stay at the Chinook Inn. It was not quite within walking distance of the main shopping area but the taxi company was efficient and reasonably priced. A very short drive if you have a vehicle available to you.

The large size room was spotlessly clean, in good condition and the thermostat worked well. The tv was large and had a good selection of cable channels. A microwave and fridge was available for use.

Room looked like if someone had jumped on the beds when we got in. We checked the beds and found bed bugs ... We left the room and asked for a refund. The person at the front desk she will proceed the reimbursement, I still haven't received anything...
