Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was meeting a family member from another province and they put us in the rooms side by side.

Organization/ timing of breakfast was a challenge on one of the three mornings we were there. Guests were lined up out the door. We waited for 23minutes and still didn’t get to the food-we decided to just get a breakfast somewhere else.

Exceptional location, had a view of the falls from our balcony, offered a free breakfast, comfortable rooms .

Customer service is poor. Imagine paying almost $500 for 2 nights and being treated as if you are not welcomed. I tried talking to the receptionist about being double charged for damage fee and she tried to brush it off saying it would be refunded. Where i shouldntbhave been charged twice in the first place. Upon entering the room there was a smell of mold and my children complained of that. The breakfast was ok, but not good enough to go back the second morning. The wifi was horrible, unable to get on with children's iPad.

The location was good, accessible and parking was decent and at a good price.

Breakfast is included but the area where it is served is extremely small. It was very crowded and there were lineups to get in.

Location was a huge plus. It's steps away from the Falls and close to so many locations by foot.

Hi, I am highly dissatisfied with the Reception front office rep (an Indian girl, did not see her name and not keen to know either ways). It is our 10th marriage anniversary and I had mentioned in booking as we couldn’t book the same room in continuation for 2 nights and was forced to book for 1 night. Room upgrades were available, she did mentioned but asked for exactly double the proce we paid for one night- just the view changes. Such a hassle- with a 3 month baby and a 7 years kid, no help. I asked for just a parking addition for one night— to make us feel soending special night here. I am not going to come back to this good hotel with low class service! I am of Indian origin, but when you see anither Indian providing poor service it hurts. A feedback to treat such staff some exceptions and how to treat a family with infants. Pathetic and poor service. I have booked my second night at Embasssy Suites, next to it. Hassle- 12:00 noon checkout here and 4:00 pm checkin at Embassy- thanks to amazing front office. Avoid coming here, until you have got what all it takes and not ask help from staff! Poor service

Hotel is good, I will only come back to the property if I have got my bookings done, and nothing missing. Front office (Indian original fluffy girl was rude and has no courtesy even after telling our 19 th Marriage anniversary to wish). She worked like a robot

I enjoy it ..but I experience some racism with a India person who speit in the hot tub to prevent as from coming into the hot tube ...I noticed when we came in he left ..when we noticed the speit floating in. The tube we come out...he come back and took the speit out with his hand

The air conditioning wasn't working very well in our room. It was either too cold or too warm even after changing/ setting the temperatures. Also Extra coffee, tea, sugar etc in the rooms for 3 or more guests. When requested for more, they were reluctant.

The breakfast here is good. They have a good variety. The room was clean and well maintained. But our friends who stayed in the next room found a big ant on their baby. When we told the front desk, they immediately gave them another clean room. Good service.
