Beds are too high for shorter people like us; Lack of hooks in bathrooms for face towels; Bath tub drain is clogged but help was very quick; Supply of sugar, salt, and washing machine detergent (we didn’t need any) may be good for some guests.

Easy to access; Quiet building; Excellent location within walking distance from Inner Harbour Victoria; Friendly host and on-site contact person; Very responsive; Designated parking stall good enough for a full size sedan.

Overall, the apartment was fine. It was small and crowded with furniture-odd column right in the middle of the way, near entry way/Kitchen. When we arrived, there was visible dirt on the floor that looked as though it has not been swept. Main complaint would be the baths with tepid water and slow drains.

The property is in a good location. Easy to get to and from and around in Victoria and the waterfront was an easy walk. The apartment itself was fine in pretty much all aspects especially for my family to celebrate Christmas together.

Minor nits: some of the cutlery was not very clean; the ensuite bathroom sink appeared to be partially blocked (drained very slowly); we found the master bed mattress to be quite firm.

The host did a good job getting us promptly in to the parking and the apartment. Excellent location for exploring downtown Victoria by walking. Nice to have kitchen / living room and separate bedrooms. Having the kitchen helped us save on meals, and we enjoyed a board game on the dining room table, which a hotel room would not typically have. I was delighted to see that the parking spot had an EV charger (on the SWTCH network), even though we had plenty of range to get us back to Vancouver for this trip. That would have been handy if we had been exploring further afield.

Laundry detergent used was highly fragranced, which was a problem for the friend in our party who is fragrance-sensitive. Primary suite mattress was rather hard.

Only a couple of very minor things—the dryer sheets have a very strong odor which lingered for quite awhile from the washing before we arrived. There were also two bottles in the trash which the cleaning person overlooked which we took down to the recycle. It would have been nice to have a roll of paper towels. The shades in the second bedroom were quite difficult to get down evenly, although the step stool helped.

Lovely view, two very nice bedrooms and baths, large kitchen facilities, laundry, terrace, and especially favorable location within walking distance of great restaurants and the inner harbor. The on-site intact was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.it was nice having a dining table and the La Z Boy chair was very much appreciated and comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable.

Value for money was so-so, not expensive but also not cheap. No major negative points.

Excellent location and a very friendly and nice gentleman (a neighbour) to greet us and show us around. Good for a small group of travellers. We were two families together. Interesting decor.

Place was not clean when we arrive, however, The host did everything to fix it in the shortest time.

The host was really respectful, took the time to explain everything, give us some suggestions about the city and restaurant and open solve any issue with the place. Location is amazing close to downtown and most of touristic attractions in the city.

Excellent, clean apartment five minute walk from the harbour. We called a number on arrival and the keys were with us shortly after. A very genial walk-around with the host showed us where everything was from the free parking, the apartment to the wifi setup. We would happily stay again.

The location was perfect. The sound of the water in the courtyard covered the sound of the city, which made it quite peaceful. Martin was charming and welcoming. We got in later in the evening and he guided us to a nice local restaurant.

Some of the furniture and decor is in need of an update. Our kids mentioned it was like going to grandmas house in the 90s.

Excellent location if you want to park your car and explore Victoria on foot. The apartment is very close to Downtown attractions and a lot of great restaurants. It was very clean and quiet. A friendly host representative met us at the location and answered all our questions. A free parking spot is included.

Room was not ready when we arrived. Cleaner did not vacate until after 6pm! No cupboard space to put own food provisions in kitchen. Although very plentiful, pans could do with sorting to match lids and ease access.

Good location close to harbour. Spacious accommodation with added bonus of washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty of storage space in bedrooms. Secure underground parking. After three weeks of staying in hotels, it was lovely to have soft toilet paper!!
