Affordable. Clean. Quiet. The shower was fantastic! Large room with comfy beds. Convenient. It was an easy walk to Clifton Hill for shopping and dining without the hassle and expense of parking. Convenient walk for viewing The Falls. And an easy walk to catch the WeGo bus. They offer a very simple breakfast but it was enough to fuel us to start our day. “Dave” gave us directions on getting around since our phones didn’t work and tips on where the locals shop to pick up some groceries.

The air conditioner/heater was pretty loud and would periodically make a gurgling(?) sound that would wake me up sometimes during the night. The day after the eclipse I went out in the morning (walking) and when I returned in the afternoon all the other guests in my block (entrance on Slater Ave) had left, leaving just my car and the gate was closed leading into the lot. It remained closed off for the rest of the day and the next day when I left. I had to go around the building to get to my room. I could still drive in and out by going through the other lot, but I just thought it was weird they couldn't wait another day for me to leave before closing off the lot.

Overall, the room was nice and spacious. I liked that it had a small refrigerator and microwave, and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to/from some of the main attractions, but more convenient for driving to/from Toronto, the Rainbow Bridge, and other locations further out due to its proximity to the major roads. The price had obviously been jacked up at least double because of the eclipse but was lower than what a lot of other places in the area were charging and included free parking, which was a plus. The breakfast included was sparse, but I was warned about it. Staff were pleasant.

For the reasonably low price you pay, the room is definitely decent. It is not fancy and it is not brand new, you will see some wear and tear around the edges, the bathroom was a bit outdated, towels are rough, etc.

The check in process was easy and quick. Parking area is well lit, convenience factor is high because you can unload from your vehicle right to your door, and the parking is free. The room was large, with a small closet, desk, cupboard, mini fridge, microwave, etc. We found the beds to be comfortable, quite soft. We asked for extra pillows and our request was fulfilled. We also asked for permission to leave our vehicle parked in the front lot for a few hours after we checked out and that request was fulfilled too, so on the whole very accommodating.

A good price for the situation who is close to downtown. As all parking places are very expensive, to be able to go for free in downtown or to the Niagara falls is appreciated.

This establishment is a work in progress, however, it seems to be going in the right direction. I still recommend and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a family business. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. They were kind to upgrade us from the Queen Room we booked to one that had a king size bed. The room we were given was spacious. There was laminate flooring throughout, the seemingly new furnishings were modern and overall, the room was clean. The water pressure of the shower was strong and the heating system kept us warm. I cannot comment on the air conditioning since we stayed there in December. We did not have any issues with the WiFi. I cannot stress enough how the location of this establishment is ideal. You can easily walk to the main attractions of Niagara such as the lively Clifton Hill and the spectacular Falls. It took only a few short minutes. Wonderful and less stressful not needing to drive there since traffic can be quite congested and parking difficult to find, especially on the weekend. Unlike some properties, this hotel did not charge for parking.

The sofa bed was less than comfortable. The bathroom was outdated and in need up updated fixtures. The mirrors looked like they were cleaned with an old dirty cloth.

Overall, the room was about what was expected. The two beds were comfortable.

Looks a bit shabby from the outside, but overlook that and it is good. Could have done with a couple of mugs and plates in the room.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. A little dated, but everything worked well, including fridge and microwave. 7 minute walk to Blue line bus that took you to all the main sites. 4 minute walk to The Strip.

The staff are impossible to contact. They ignored all of my messages, which was very offputting. There was also a huge group of men partying and drinking in one of the parking lots which was a bit intimidating as a solo traveller.

I got upgraded to a king room with a big bath. Only a 10 minute walk from Clifton Hill. The bed was very comfy and the room was huge.
