Since the stay area is a basement, you do hear sounds of footsteps from the floor above, though for us it was not such a bother.

This homestay was good value for money, in a quiet area with all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker available. There were even some oatmeal snacks kept on the counter. Wifi speed was fast enough to do our work and stream some content on Netflix. The host Kingsley was very welcoming and made us feel at home.

Brand new house in a serene environment. I love the hosts, they are very friendly and caring. I even got a welcome cake😊. Brand new place, missing pretty much everything. But once it will be set off (we went in May) it will be awesome. We had to be "relocated" because the room we had rent was already taken (weird?)

It was a bit cold at night and as the location is in a basement - you can’t really manage the heating by yourself.

Had a lot of things for a night over (even some things for quick lunch). The parking spot and wifi were perfect.

Far from the city, the area was not developed, access was not easy, and there was no temperature control in the bedroom (the place was cold and humid). We had body pain the next day, and we had to use a hairdryer to heat up the bedroom in the morning. Very bad experience. The host did not provide a receipt when asked.

It's too noisy from upstairs until late at night. I had training in the morning so I couldn't sleep until 23h00. You can hear the steps and the furnitures being moved.

It's clean, modern and homey. It's a house where the owner converted the basement into a short-stay place.
