Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThere was nothing we didn't like. The apartment was well equipped with everything required. This even included branded shampoos, cotton buds etc. in the bathrooms. Kitchen included branded coffee, oils etc. All superb.
Excellent location on 37th Floor with 270 degree of downtown Toronto and the Lake. Very spacious and well fitted out apartment. Everything you would need was supplied. Location meant we were within walking distance of everything in downtown Toronto. The Blue Jays stadium was opposite the apartment block. CN Tower and Ripley's aquarium were 3/4 minutes walk. Main shopping area was 10/15 minutes walk with Laurence Market, Chinatown and Kensington Market all within 25 minutes. A great bonus was that the pick-up point for the day trip of Queens Tours to Niagara Falls was right at the door of the apartment block.

United KingdomThe elevators! They can get very crowded, especially if one of them is not working. And you have to be prepared to wait several minutes to get in one, because if it's busy you will have to wait for the next, and then possible the next. Also, if the weather forecast is for gusty winds above 15 - 20 mph, then be prepared for quite high winds on the 40th floor. And this can mean a constant noise from around the sliding doors! But we cannot blame the apartment for the weather, it's just something we didn't anticipate :)
Amazing location with the most amazing views!! 12 York Street is one of THE BEST places I have stayed. It was my first time visiting Canada, and I couldn't have found a better place. Spacious, comfortable, clean, had everything we needed and just incredible to have those views to gaze at day and night... Especially when there is a thunderstorm (see photo I took), WE LOVED IT!! And a special mention to Tran and Vanessa for going above and beyond to help us with checking in/out and providing any additional help we needed before, during, and after our stay. Thank you :)

United KingdomThe seating in the lounge area could benefit from another easy chair if there were four people staying, but it was fine for the three of us.
The apartment is very well situated not far from Union Station and very close to the Rogers Stadium and the CN Tower. The apartment is very well equipped and has great views over the city. The service from the host management company was excellent with good communications all the way. Using WhatsApp made it very easy.

United KingdomThe cleanliness of the apartment on arrival could have been better as the dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes and the bathrooms didn't look as they had been cleaned fully as a lot of hair was in the bath tub and on the floors.
The location of the apartment is excellent and it's nice to have reception / security staff 24 hours on site. The apartment had all of the items that you would need during a short visit to Toronto.

CanadaThere were four of us, but our unit did NOT have a pullout couch/sofa bed as had been listed, so one of us was sleeping on a couch, not a bed. The air conditioning in our unit had to be re-set every three hours, which in July is an issue, particularly through the night.
The location is fabulous. Right at the foot of the Rogers Centre, with the CN Tower a short walk away. The unit was spacious and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, and all the amenities you would need were there. The balcony is great -- beautiful to sit out at night and see the city lit up.
