I found the pool to cold

Caulking around the bathtub was not cleaned up well. Could hear noise early in the morning from kids in the room above us. No closet to hang clothes.

Breakfast room was well done, had everything you could think of. Clean, well stocked. Our room was clean and comfortable. You could see that renovations had been done which was nice.

Breakfast was a bit on the bleak side. Should add a few hot items.

Lobby was set up pretty for Christmas Hotel floors were spacious and bright. Color scheme and layout was nice.

Pool was cold, hot tub broken. Our room was right by a noisy vent in wall so assuming main heating source so it was loud all night.

The view from our room was a hillside. It was private.

We arrived earlier than the check in time. Our room was ready. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Thank you. The restaurant on the same property was excellent. The Spaghetti Factory is family restaurant which has great food and service.

Location excellent. Easy access to Hwy 1 to Vancouver. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Hotel set back off road and quiet. Continental breakfast good with GF cereal options and GF bread available upon asking.

It is very much a busy highway intersection so although things were within walking distance it was kind of a noisy and uninteresting walk. The tub drained very slowly so my shower got about ankle deep. I did inform the staff when I was checking out and they apologized and said they would look into it. This is a relatively small issue and the hotel literally wouldn't know unless some other guest had told them. I will assume they have fixed it now.

very polite and helpful staff. The room was decent and well looked after. It was in easy walking distance of a couple of restaurants and very close to the businesses I was visiting.

Pillows. There needs to be a choice of big and small pillows as regarding their loft. And firm and soft. Also, for a Coast hotel, they offered a very mediocre breakfast.

A single sugar; coffee whitner in a packet is not sufficient especially if your serving dark roast. Everything awesome.

Location very convenient. Decently sound proof between rooms and floors. Beds comfy; pillows medium soft, nice coffee set up and fridge and microwave convenient as well. A/C unit amazing. Overall clean and nice experience.

I didnt like that the pool wasn't open. We were told that they were waiting for a part to come in that they ordered. The vending machine didn't have any water on either floors.

I love how clean and welcoming the hotel is. I love the fact that breakfast is free every morning, and the staff is very nice. It's in a good location, especially if you have a car to get around. It's right in front of the spaghetti factory, which serves great food. The room I stayed in had a little kitchenette. The shower was amazing, and tje beds were soooo comfortable.

Breakfast wasn’t very good. Could have more fresh fruit. Cleaning staff noisy in the hall starting at 0830. Calling down the hall at each other.

Pillows were a little soft

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable stay. The room was air conditioned and has a mini-fridge. We needed a place to sleep after a concert and Coast Abbotsford Delivered. Next time we come to an event in Abbotsford we plan to stay there
