Our floor was a construction zone, so a bit surprising the room rate was as high as it was. But there were notes saying they were doing renovations. Both nights I was woken up by loud people on the street at 2am. Not the hotels fault but maybe when new windows are installed that will help quiet outside noise.

Staff were very friendly, customer service was a 10/10! We had a partial ocean view, the location was nice and central to where we needed to go.

We had to take our luggages to our room and back ourselves as they didn’t have anyone to help us. Morning breakfast didn’t have many choices, just bagels, waffles, cereal, bananas, apples, and oranges.

It was right next to the airport bus shuttle and close to shops and it had a nice view of the city.

The breakfast was okay, the waffles were the hit but no yogurt or fruit except a banana, could use a bit more variety but was still clean and did the job!

Noticed no restaurant down stairs their used to be before it became the Prestige. Would have liked an extra towel when asked for they didn't bring.

The room door didn’t close/lock properly from the outside so someone had to stay in it, which I did while the family went out to grab food,etc. It could be closed/locked from the inside. When the desk was notified, they indicated that the locks were new & they “weren’t surprised” this had happened. (?)

The breakfast is great, especially with kids & it’s fast to get what you want.

continental breakfast was poor. juice was like tang (powdered). toaster only half worked. we left to get breakfast at Timmies. bathroom only had one facecloth. just not impressed.

No motorcycle parking. Would be easy to allow a dedicated set of spaces for Motorcycle parking.

wet carpet. Breakfast we a bit hit and miss with what was available. staff were nice but a bit slow in restocking Breakfast items. I had to ask each morning for items. eg bread fruit.

It's an old hotel that still has some work to do to rid the environment of old smoke smells. The view is not something that you can do anything about but influences the perception of the hotel.

The breakfast was poor. But there wasn’t much to eat. One waffle iron was broken and it was whole wheat batter. Hard boil eggs hard to peel. Other Marriotts we have stayed at had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns or a fried potato of some kind
