The rooms were pretty outdated there was dirt on the bedsheets and the shower curtain was stained I also didn't like the parking per day fee I didn't see it when I booked and honestly would have not booked there if I have seen that the hallways also smelled like smoke the whole time and the lack of AC and the heater not working very well I will be back to play golf but I don't believe I will stay again not bad place but just not my first choice

I enjoyed the rates and the friendly staff the village and the restaurant connected to the lodge were very nice checking was very easy and everyone was just all-around friendly if i had ski friends i would recommend this place

It was the off season so the bar downstairs was closed as well as a few others in the village. They should get some vending machines , I had to go to the next hotel to use there's for snacks after 10pm

The sofabed was not very comfortable to sit on (we didn't use it as a bed) for the evening. The bathroom was quite small for the apartment size. The TV choices were limited but OK - a smart TV would be better in the future. The local supermarket was extremely expensive so be prepared.

The ski locker facility was very handy with free locks. The rooms were reasonably equipped and the fridge was a good size. The balcony and view out to the slopes and mountain was fabulous. It was great being able to walk directly to the ski lifts. The bed was comfortable and bedroom was spacious. The fireplace was also very nice to have on during the evening.

Rooms and whole hotel are WAY too hot, even with window open, and outside temp at -7C, we were sweating in the room with the heat turned off. Even the parkade is heated and way too hot. Seems to be 28C everywhere.

Location was unbeatable. View from the room was awesome, looking up at the slopes. Cafe in the building was sensational.-Cafe Bolacco! Walk straight out into the ski slope.

There wasn't too much going on in town when we traveled through at the end of August. However, very friendly Hospitality crews in town.

The location is right at the beginning of the little town which makes it easy to get to places. Spacious rooms and underground parking.

The room didn't have air conditioning although a fan was provided. The hot tub had some debris in it.

My balcony was very large and I had a magnificent view of both the village and the mountains off to the side. I had to leave early due to an emergency and the staff was very accommodating with the early checkout.

I wasn't very impressed with the condition of the hot tub and surrounding area. This section needs some much needed attention. It was dirty and had several broken tiles. At the very least you could sweep the deck keep the area clean. Find a spot for the cover to be located instead of throwing it on the deck in a heap. Adding some plants, chairs and side tables and make it more inviting.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable even though it is a bit outdated. The location was perfect for the utilization of all of the community facilities, sports, shopping and restaurants

Going to the place without knowing where it is. It was a harrowing experience for us since the GPS only leading us to the backroads, which made the journey very difficult.

I don’t like they wrap the duvet in two sheets but don’t button it up so when it separates you sleep with just the used duvet (I know lots of hotels are doing this but it’s so un-sanitary)

Great hotel in heart of village. Our suite had a nice patio that we could bike right too! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The staff gave us fans so we stayed cool at night. The gym was nice and the hotel was nice and large. We loved that there were two coffee shops right in the hotel!
