Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe bathroom was tired and needed a refresh mainly tiled floor (tiles cracked etc. ) Also didn't like the bidet in the bathroom. This one is an addition and electric making it not very sanitary for a space that is shared by many people. The bidet (because there is no option of not using it) would make me not stay here again. Otherwise, it's a great hotel.
The staff were friendly, hotel room was nice (could use an update in the bathroom) and the view excellent. Lovely spot.

United StatesA tad expensive. No longer change the sheets or clean the room. Since the Hotel has cut these services I would have hoped the rates reflected that. Room rates are always higher when attempting to book the Hotel directly. This is a questionable practice. I am a member and the member rates are higher.
The view! Linens, location, availability of restaurant. driver service (except Sunday's/boo), wait people in resturant were friendly and helpful, closeness to other activities and food. The pool! Have stayed here a few times.
