Room was ok, layout was wonky. Had to move the whole coffee station to the floor just to plug in and make coffee. The hyda-bed was broken so couldn't even use it. Bathroom needed some serious renos, desk in room was not sturdy at all.

Parking was good, beds were ok.

Upon arriving (7 pm) unit heater was off and our room temp was 13 degrees. Not ideal for children. Turned the unit heater on and by 11 p.m it finally warmed up to 21 degrees. No children’s shows on provided tv channels. Which I’d say is unusual from various hotel stays elsewhere.

Stayed for 2 days, was hoping our room would get cleaned on the second day but it didn’t,Not a big deal though. I asked for more towels the second day and they only brought 2 when there were 4 of us in the room. Had to go get more .

I liked the location, it was close to the West Edmonton Mall. I also love how clean the hotel is and my room smelled wonderful upon arrival.

The pool is pretty small and it got crowded with rowdy kids when we went for a swim that evening.

It’s really accessible and close to Walmart. I live in the city. My stay was just to go out of the house and swim in the pool with my little one and stay somewhere with a different ambience to cut the boredom.

The windows were super gross. It was clear that people had smoked in our room and used the window to vent. It had cigarette ashes all around the window. The pool wasn't heated very well but we are from the Baltics so we just swam anyway. They really need to be a little kinder to guest and include some dishes in the room. Also, I tried to call down to reception several times and never ever did anyone answer the phone. Also, I accidentally left some stuff in the room (medication) and it was never located. It also took over a day and a half for them to let me know that and only when I called several times. Again, it was difficult to get someone to do anything until I had a little tantrum on the phone. And then they didn't find my meds. Good thing the drug store was gracious enough to give me some to get me back to my home country.

The room was good quality for money but the halls were a bit loud because of all the other people coming and going. The room was clean but didn't really have anything in there that was useful like some common dishes or even enough coffee for our two day stay. I thought it was serviceable. Nothing fancy and they certainly didn't go that extra step to make it seem nice.

many bums and homeless right outside the front door, up to 7, small of dope and beer drinking, like skid row. they cleaned the room each day this time but the tops of desks were always dusty and they did not clean the inside of the microwave.

I wouldn't say the room is not clean but I think all the linens and towels need to replaced to new ones. They all looked like they have been used for years. Carpets definitely it's time for a deep cleaning.

Decent price considering the location is close to West Edmonton Mall. Super friendly staff.

The pool was quite small, which was okay for us as we used it first thing in the morning when no one else was in it. We did notice when we checked in late the night before though, that the pool gets very busy in the evening, it looked quite crowded. My other comment would be that the pool could be warmer, it was very cold and hard to stay in for a long time because of this.

The location was great, it was only 7 mins from West Edmonton Mall. The hotel itself had a nice atmosphere; the room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. We had breakfast at the restaurant inside and it was brought out quick, it tasted delicious and was good value for money.
