Should advise where to park and unload upon arrival since it is busy area. I bell person to assist with baggage when leaving in early am.

A delight to our senses. Visually stimulating with a great balance of design, whimsy, and functionality. Attention to details, providing place to sit near a warming fire to the small game /library area. Excellent location in the heart of old Quebec. We felt as though we were in Paris with Canadian sensibility. Would come again-and again.

The cleanest hotel I have ever visited worldwide. Spacious rooms, well equipped; very comfortable. Amazing lobby, which makes you feel at home. Elegant setup, there is something to admire in every corner. The restaurant is another thing altogether. Great location. Just perfect.

Stunning, exceptionally clean and well-appointed boutique hotel. We were especially impressed by all of the amenities offered in our room's kitchenette, and the utmost comfort of the bed. We had such a peaceful night's sleep after a long journey. All of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is within walking distance of all of the beautiful sights of Old Quebec, and there are so many dining options in the vicinity as well.

Everything from check-in to check-out was AMAZING. The character of this place is so awesome! It’s beautiful visually, and the room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had beautiful views. Excellent location within walking distance of great restaurants and the Old City. Even the little touches like a separated toilet and the wonderful soaps/lotions (which smell amazing!) made the stay wonderful. The staff were wonderfully helpful!! I am VERY picky about cleanliness, and I felt completely comfortable here. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Having to be escorted to our vehicle so we could grab things out of the car was unnecessarily staff intensive (go to reception, then reception or the valet would then escort you to your car) rather than us keeping our keys (or having them returned after valet parking) so we could access the car whenever we wanted. The entrance to the hotel was not very apparent - I felt like I was coming in a side entrance. Especially as there is nowhere for guests with vehicles to pull in, in front of the hotel.

Our room was spacious and the beds and bedding were super comfortable. The housekeeping during our stay was excellent. The foyer of the hotel smelt AMAZING - that room scent should be added to the list items can purchase - I have done this at hotels in Australia. We would definitely like to return to this hotel.

The only negative thing I can think of was the evening dining experience I had at the bar/ restaurant. One shouldn’t need to request help from the hostess to get their attention. It is not a big bar. The bartenders were very skilled and polite once the hostess reached one to take my request. However a short, skinny gentleman with khaki pants was polite and pleasant with others and quite rude to us. He was literally in front of me on the screen typing in orders and ignoring my obvious attempts for his attention. Funny thing is he seemed to be a manager based on his attire. Drinks were on point, bartenders have great craft cocktail skills but what seemed to be management of the restaurant was lacking in basic manners and people skills. Did not return to the bar.

It’s a cool modern and very clean hotel. The design of the hotel is super unique and interesting.
