The room was dirty. Pillows and beds had hair all over them. The bathroom towels had what looked like poop.

Spacious clean rooms and good simple breakfast. The resort has a vintage feel to it, which some might not like so much, but we loved it. It was perfect for our family and our needs. I would stay here again.

Nobody cleans your room when you stay 3 nights like we did. So, no fresh towels. Breakfast limited. Maintenance of buildings is poor. Mowing of the grass is good but no cleaning like papers, cigarettes, pieces of paper glasses. The hair dryer doesn't hold. The sink was claughed. Curtains not in good shape. Room not very clean. So, it's not a good value for the price we paid.

Shower had only a hand held shower head, no wall mounted one. The hand held had low water pressure and did a poor job of mixing hot and cold to a comfortable temperature. I washed my hair in the sink and rinsed it by pouring water from a cup! Also the A/C cycled on and off often and noisily. I was happy to move to the next destination in our 11 day journey.

Restaurant was closed. Continental breakfast was sparse so ended up going elsewhere for a decent-sized meal.

Room was good. Pool and hot tub were great! It's too bad some of the facilities were closed. Place has a very nice decor!

The recepcionist did not even greet us when we arrived, just asked for our ID and credit card. No smile, nothing. Next morning we went to have breakfast and the two guys working there again did not even reply to our greeting, they just looked at us with no smile, as if they were so pissed off being there. So rude. The only friendly staff was the cleaning lady. Please educate your grumpy staff some basics of hospitality and customer experience. Smiling is free! :)

Room seemed very dark with limited plug points to charge equipment and they looked like they were very old and worn out. Noisy air con. The whole motel has an air of being tired and in need of investment.

I felt very itchy all night and thought maybe there were bed bugs.

The breakfast was really simple, just fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice. They accimodate us to leave our things before check in because we had a boat tour. The bsthroom was clean. The staff was helpful.

The hair dryer provided didn't work. Shower temperature regulation was challenging. Bed pillows skimpy and linens were rough.

Smell in the main office and buffet, like very old building. And in some rooms also a bit smelling. The coffee machine is in the washroom, too cheap. I have no idea why it is not in the room. The fridge is really small.

Beautiful territory, big and green, convenient location, near the highway, but at the same time quiet and near the forest. Included light breakfast.

The bed had stains on it, it looks really disgusting so we slept on top of the sheets, the steam room, spa, and sauna were not working/open, and outdoor pool was also closed, but that could be due to season. If everything was working and cleaned better I think the place would be wonderful for its price

I loved to location of the place, it was super close to town so on a nice day you could walk. I think if everything was working and lean it would of been perfect
