Close to Restaurants and shopping malls, excellent breakfast where you get your tray and eat out side or in your room ( omelet, potatoes, sausage , croissant and juice and one fruit ) plus coffee and hot chocolate in lobby .

Since the pandemic started, the new trend in the hotels is not to clean or tide up the rooms during your stay.

The hotel is 40 minutes away from Sandbanks. rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Due to Covid, there was no area to eat breakfast, but breakfast was good and better than expected.

Dated building. Still can smell the residual cigarette smoke smell from past years and possible people breaking the non smoking rule. A/C cold but noisy. Air hit us directly.

Reviews for this property are accurate. Don’t expect the best and it will do the job. Cleanliness is an issue here, but could be more so laundry company but still possible cleaning staff. Hot water at excellent temperature for those who like really hot showers. Water flow a little under pressured but works fine. Hot breakfast to go during Pandemic time. NO WAFFLES! But totally understand due to pandemic procedures and restrictions.

Honestly a bit expensive for Belleville. It's not really a town you go to visit on vacation. More a stop over place.

the room was nice, the bathroom had up to date amenities. For COVID conditions the hot breakfast was still pretty decent. Staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet

The beds were a little bit small for a double room.

I liked the Hotel very much, the staff were very helpful in all means. Even after checking out i requested to access a room to search for something they helped me right away. The breakfast was delicious and filling. They have done so much effort in everything.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Double beds only when stating a queen suite. Barely enough room to move around the beds. Could not sit at the desk & walk past bed at same time.

Several guests outside drinking by their cars patio doors. It frightened my elderly mom and children Stained carpet… red spots. Kids were convinced it was blood. I assured them it was likely red wine.

Zero compromise for a 3 night stay prepaid, by myself after traveling for 12 hours. The sake of a $50 deposit would not accept my debit visa to actually take the money. Instead I got left standing with no car and no daily limit left after plane ticket, train ticket then hotel. Couldn’t even go anywhere Directed me to to mofo policy laminated on the counter. Cause I seen that from booking .com Who’s policy is if room is paid. No deposit needed. The IGNORANCE to my situation was offside. No car to go anywhere. No where to sleep and it’s like 11pm. I guess if I still lived here I’d go home but NOPE ! I promise if my staff ever left anyone stranded over $50 on a room already paid for. Id fire they’re ass. It’s full of workers not the Ritz Carleton. My card is good anywhere else and you never even ran it. It’s an international card for exchange not an Apple Card off the shelf. super angry still over it. Could have gave cash even. It’s $50 lol
