It is a dog friendly hotel but the neglected to tell us there is a $35. Per night to have our dog with us.

The additional $200 deposit on top of room payment was ridiculous. We have never been asked for that before in all of our travels. The breakfast was just alright.

The hotel was freshly updated and much cleaner than other Comfort Inns we have stayed in.

The only complaint was that it was very noisy in the hallway and we could hear the other guests talking and laughing from our room. The noise continued until about 2 a.m. it was a Friday night, so guests were talking about their night out as they made their way to their own room. A lot of banging of doors made it difficult for those guests that wanted an early and peaceful night.

Bike in gym was old and seat didn’t move up and down. Food did not include enough fruit. No wooden spoons and no glasses. All paper or plastic.

Room had access to outdoor patio. Gym had access to outdoor patio. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly.

We were only giving one key for a room with 4 people and when asked for another key we were told that we could get charged for the keys if lost. It felt a bit too extreme since we never had that issue before and always get 2 keys for the room. Staff were friendly but they seem s bit overworked so they were somewhat serious and distracted at the same time.

Very limited seating , and was always full . eating in the lobby was not enjoyable. Skipped breakfast once due to the number of people. Not being self serve was different

Hotel's front door is currently broken. Using a sliding door as guest entrance is not a great first impression. Breakfast was sparse and not a self-serve buffet. Having staff serve breakfast to guests is a waste of everyone's time, an an unnecessary service. Is this for cost-cutting measures to control portions? Is this because the hotel does not have enough "breakfast" staff? A breakfast buffet should be self-serve. Finally, the location of this hotel is very far from Beer Store/LCBO, grocery... The neighbourhood is run-down/industrial/commercial. For the price, I would have expected a more convenient location.

Carpet smelled very bad. Room smelled bad. Water didn’t come out of the bathtub tap. Only had the shower.

The price given to me was $150.00 when I booked through you and when I got there the price was $249 ish. There was no way to contact you to sort this mess out.

I did not use the breakfast facilities. The girl that checked us in was awesome!!

The construction work right outside our sliding door meant we had no privacy unless the curtain was fully closed. The hotel was not full; we could have been put in a room away from the construction.

Check in was easy, staff were very pleasant. Having coffee readily available in the lobby was nice.

The air conditioning vents are very dirty. The air caused me to cough all night the first night. The second night I covered the vent with a towel and the air was much better.

liked the sliding door to outside - clean, comfy bed. good size fridge that actually gets cold. front desk person was amazing - very efficient, positive and kind.

The breakfast is OK, but the scrambled eggs are pretty awful.

We had a sofa and a chair, so the room was quite comfortable. The shower was good.
