Poor experience checking in

The cleaners at the location were just lovely and very friendly. Helped direct to elevators/stairs. Room/halls kept very clean. They truly do a lovely job with housekeeping!

The beds were not very comfortable...the room had a musty smell when we checked in, but did go away.

Didn't have TV the first night. Problem was rectified the next morning. Breakfast could have been better but no complaints because we are all doing our best thru Covid

Needs a wider reception area. It was a little congested at checkin. If a person was checking in, there was no space for a guest to move out of the hotel the same way., especially during COVID. Perhaps reduce the number of chairs in the reception for easy traffic movement. Just a suggestion :)

Breakfast was ok. Not particularly interested in packed meals as other properties offer a large variety of cold and hot options. Also, the hotel was busy over the weekend with so many people checking in. The front reception is extremely small and there was a line-up of people checking in. More staff would have helped.

this hotel was perfect for me for its position and the price related to the service, all in all it was as I expected, the kindness and care of its staff have been the real surprise. they do a wonderful job and they make you feel really welcome

We travel by motorcycle and we had patio doors and could keep an eye on the bikes the whole time. Being a smoker, I found this convenient. Was clean and comfortable.

"Gym" had only 3 machines. "Breakfast" was sub-par and was awkwardly served. Laundry facilities were unclean and outdated. Towels had stains on them. Bedding had stains. Room was frigid and no control over temperature.

The weird location of elevator to main entrance ( sister Just had surgery was a far walk) The up keep of build wasn't great. There was a hole in room wall.with a badly placed cover then fell out.

The bed was like sleeping on cardboard; the washroom sink was cracked and the shower dripped all night long.

DId not like that it was served to us and the gluten free items were limited

Poor Breakfest,slow internet,high price ... no possibility to open the window and get fresh air... looks like thinks that make life easier and more enjoyable is in America not main issue..

The room smelled bad. I relate it to how rooms smell after they have been repurposed from being a previous smoking room. The appliances and bathroom hardware are all old and breaking down. There was some sort of construction going on during the night well past 1:00AM

The fridge was noisy and there were other customers that were making noise passed 5am. Needless to say I have to travel 3 + hours on no sleep. So not a very enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean.
