Clock in the room would have been nice.

The room was nice, clean, quiet, had a comfortable little couch, comfortable bed. Only thing we would have liked would be a clock in the room. The breakfast was very nice way to start the day with fresh fruit, cereal, toast and muffins,fresh juice, etc and a great waffle machine. Would definitely stay again. Staff were very friendly.

We were expecting to eat a hot breakfast in the dining area, perhaps meet new people, but instead there was a bag breakfast. The stopper in the tub didn’t work that well and we had to deal with a stopped up tub for awhile. They did fix it though.

The room was decent, comfortable. The reception was friendly and helpful. The bag breakfast was very hearty, plenty of food and drinks.

The front lobby seemed small and cluttered which gave a poor first impression, the room was clean but the bathroom dated and the tv was poor quality as in “fuzzy”, very hard to watch a hockey game or even the news. There is no elevator. The alarm turned on the first night at 3am likely set by previous tenants or some fluk. Annoying.

The room was clean and the beds very comfy and we slept well. The pillows were great. The breakfast bag (cause of Covid was good) Internet worked fine and easy to access. The hotel was quiet. I find hotels expensive overall but needed so we can see our kids close by.

when i booked it, it was mentioned a Three Star hotel, however, when I arrived at the facility is not more than a casual 2-star hotel and the value of the money is totally not acceptable.

Only complaint, tv is out of date. Some static channels. But if it was covid times I wouldn't have even turn it on so no issue.

I did not like the bagged breakfast or most of what was in it as I was unable most days to get into the main part or the cheese. This is no fault of yours as this is how you needed to deal with COVID.

I don’t feel like the guests were spaced out properly. I hardly saw any other guests in the halls or outside and there were not a lot of cars so it baffled me when we were placed right beside the only other guests who sat outside in chairs the entire time. It didn’t give us any privacy and we had to keep our curtains closed the entire time. I understand we had a pet friendly room but based on no one else being a around I’m sure there was another appropriate place to have us.

It was comfy and the location was great. It was a pet friendly hotel which worked for us because we were travelling with a small dog. Very quiet and pretty much what you expect for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the bag breakfast was as not bad at all!

I wasn't aware when I booked the room that the room we booked wasn't wheel chair accessible. It didn't say it was on the second floor within an elevator. Luckily my daughter doesn't weigh much and doesn't need he chair all the time but it would have been better to be able to have an accessible room for her. And it would be nice to have a coffee maker I the room as well.

The room was basic, however the air conditioner was experiencing some problems with the compressor and would make loud bangs that would be alarming.
